BLACK SCREEN.
The sound of drills and machinery fade into earshot, a man
screams in pain for 4 seconds before fading out until
silent. A mysterious person talks to the now silent man.
MYSTERIOUS STRANGER
You work for us now Dr.Green
FADE IN
INT. LAB. DAY.
Scene begins with a close-up of double doors, they open
inwards to reveal the face of Dr.Green. The doctor walks
past the camera and down the corridor.
CUT TO:
HIGH ANGLE - CAMERA 1 - CRANE
Large open circular observatory operation room. Camera pans
left and right mimicking a CCTV camera, this shows the room
in it's entirety. As the camera pans back Dr.Green enters
the room though the walkway and heads towards the centre of
the room where a large metal surgery bed lies. The time
stamp reads "06:12" showing it is early morning.
CUT TO:
HIGH ANGLE - CAMERA 2 - DUTCH TILT
The camera is inside a small animal cage, a mouse is seen
staring out of his cage, it slowly walks towards the cage
entrance.
CUT TO:
PROFILE SHOT - CAMERA 2 - FOCUS
The mouse looks out of the cage into the light, his paw
resting against the cage, peering outwards.
CUT TO:
POV - CAMERA 3 - FOLLOW
Looking through the mouse's eyes we see Dr.Green inject an
animal with a yellow substance before raising his bone saw.
JUMP CUT TO:
CA - CAMERA 2 - CONTRA-ZOOM

Starting with an extreme closeup with a 45 degree angle
tilt, the camera contrazooms while tilting clockwise to -45
degrees, the camera is focused on the mouse, this is also
where we can see the mouse's name on the cage "Subject:
P007. Parvus"
CUT TO:
POV - CAMERA 3 - ZOOM
The camera goes back to the same POV shot from before with
the Doctors bonesaw raised, this time the screen flickers
between a clean Dr and environment to a bloodied Dr and
environment, over exaggerated amounts of blood coat the
walls and the Dr.
As the Doctor plunges the bonesaw down into his victim the
camera turns to the right and down towards the ground, the
mouse has looked away before the bonesaw makes contact.
JUMP CUT TO:
EXTREME CLOSE UP - CAMERA 2 - FOCUS
Close up on CCTV camera, the lens turns showing that someone
is watching through the camera.
FADE TO BLACK.
INT. LAB. NIGHT.
FADE IN
HIGH ANGLE - CAMERA 1 - CRANE
Again the viewer is seeing through the CCTV camera but this
time the timestamp on the camera reads "23:41" showing that
it is now night time
The camera pans from the door to the animal cages and zooms
in to "Subject P007: Parvus" we see the mouse is awake and
looking out of his cage.
FADE IN
MID SHOT - CAMERA 2 - TRUCKING
Camera trucks from right to left and ends on Parvus' cage.
FADE IN
HIGH ANGLE - CAMERA 2 - STEADICAM

The camera is inside the cage looking down at parvus, he
turns 180 degrees.
CUT TO:
CLOSE UP - CAMERA 2 - STEADICAM
Close up on Parvus' face, hold for 3 seconds.
CUT TO:
POV - CAMERA 3 - ZOOM
We look through the eyes of Parvus at his family, shot holds
for 2 seconds.
CUT TO:
LOW ANGLE - CAMERA 2 - FOLLOW
Parvus nods, turns around and charges at the small latch
holding his cage door closed, the latch releases and the
small door falls open, Parvus dashes out of the cage and
towards the door.
CUT TO:
HIGH ANGLE - CAMERA 1 - CRANE
The camera is once again the CCTV camera as it pans to
follow Parvus running along the floor and through a door.
Timestamp reads: 24:05
CUT TO:
LOW ANGLE - CAMERA 4 - PAN
Thew viewer is low down, close to a dashboard of blinking
lights and coloured buttons, the camera pans robotically as
we are seeing through another CCTV camera. The timestamp
reads: 24:07.
Parvus the mouse jumps up from bellow the screen onto the
dashboard, he hunts around looking at buttons, searching for
a specific one.
Suddenly there is the sound of the doors opening.
JUMP CUT TO:
HIGH ANGLE - CAMERA 1 - CRANE
The camera is the first CCTV camera again, we see Dr Green
enter the room. Timestamp: 24:08

JUMP CUT TO:
LOW ANGLE - CAMERA 4 - STEADICAM
The mouse Parvus becomes frantic and scared, he begins
pushing buttons in a panic, after 4 buttons have been
pressed and he is about to press a fifth-
JUMP CUT TO:
HIGH ANGLE - CAMERA 2 - ZOOM
Camera zooms in on the label above the fifth button as it's
pressed "Gas Chamber Activation"
JUMP CUT TO:
HIGH ANGLE - CAMERA 1 - CRANE
The room erupts with green gas which engulfs The Soctor, we
see his silhouette as he falls to his hands and knees.
JUMP CUT TO:
OVER THE SHOULDER - CAMERA 2 - STEADICAM
Parvus the mouse places his paw on the glass window, staring
at his cage... His family is dead.
BEGIN FADING TO
BLACK.
The screen starts to fade to black but before it finishes a
hand grabs Parvus the mouse from behind.
CUT TO:
CLOSE UP - CAMERA 2 - TILT
Camera begins tilted to the right. A man in a hazmat suit in
frame, as he raises his hand which contains Parvus the
camera tilts to follow his arm movement.
CUT TO:
CLOSE UP - CAMERA 2 - STEADICAM
The camera sits behind Parvus looking directly at the hazmat
suit wearing man at eye level, a sentence mixed voice speaks
directly to Parvus.
HAZMAT SUIT MAN
Yes... You have potential.
