Dear Ms. [last name hidden],

This is in response to your pending reimbursement for our trip which was scheduled from February 6 to
14, 2016. Before and during the trip, I paid $418.67 on your behalf. By the date of this document has
prepared, you paid back $160.44. The amount due is $250.13 (after the deduction of total I owe you
which is $8.10). Details of the trip and expenses are below.
1. Trip Planning
We met two times in order to plan our trip and book hotels.
The first time we met, we sat next to each other. I searched for hotels on my laptop. You told me that you
prefer cheap hotels. I mentioned to you my concerns about cheap hotels. I clearly stated my wish for
staying at good hotels with affordable prices. You told me that you didn't really care, you are okay with
any hotels. You also confirmed that you dont have problems with hotels in a Facebook message
(Screenshot: Facebook Message 1). We started searching with Free Parking, Free Breakfast, and
Free Internet via online filters. During our search, I changed the online filters to have more options. I
found Hilton Atlanta Hotel (255 Courtland Street NE, Atlanta, GA, 30303). I told you that this hotel
doesnt offer free parking. Then I told you that I would look for street parking and hotel parking fees. You
were next to me and listening to me. I started looking at the streets around the hotel in Google Maps. I
told you that the hotel is in the downtown area so that street parking would be challenging. I told you that
even when we find parking on the street, it wont be free. I told you that I would search for parking fees at
the hotel. I saw a review which said hotel parking is $24/day. I told you that we can park at the hotel with
this price if we cant park on the street. You confirmed what I said. We found the other hotel, Holiday Inn
Express Harvey-Marrero (2433 Manhattan Blvd, Harvey, LA, 70058) on the same day. We havent

booked any hotel that day.
The second time we met, again we sat next to each other. We did a quick search one more time for the
hotels in Atlanta and New Orleans. Finally, we decided to book the hotels we chose in our previous
meeting (Hilton Atlanta and Holiday Inn Express Harvey-Marrero). We booked these hotels on my
laptop. I first focused on Holiday Inn Express Harvey-Marrero. I asked for your confirmation. You
confirmed it. I booked this hotel. Then I opened up the page for Hilton Atlanta. I asked for your
confirmation. You confirmed it. I didnt book the hotel right away. I booked it after I dropped you off at
your home which was around 11pm.
I forwarded both reservation emails to you (Screenshots: Email 1 and Email 2). You confirmed receiving
these emails via your text message and Facebook message (Screenshots: Text Message 1, Facebook
Message 2).

Text Message 1 Your confirmation for

receiving reservation emails (January 21, 2016)

Email 2 - Hilton Atlanta reservation email that I forwarded to you (January

21, 2016)
Your statement1:
First, you chose to park your vehicle in a paid parking lot at the Hilton Atlanta hotel, 255
Courtland St, NE, Atlanta, GA 30303, at the rate of $24.00 per night, despite the fact that
we had agreed to reserve a hotel with free parking. You chose the hotel without my

2
knowledge and I learned of the parking fee only upon our arrival at the hotel. When I
questioned you about the charge for parking, you informed me that you had removed the
"free parking" filter from our internet hotel search without notifying me.
This is not true. You knew that we booked this hotel, Hilton Atlanta. You knew that the hotel doesnt
offer free parking. You knew our options which, were paid street parking or paid hotel parking. I had told
you about hotel and parking before I booked the hotel. I got your confirmation for booking this hotel.
Your statement2:
-1/3 of the total cost of our stay in the Hilton Atlanta hotel, 255 Courtland St NE,
Atlanta, GA 30303, from February 6 to 7, 2016: $91.68. Please note that I will pay this
amount despite the fact that you reserved this hotel without my consent, after I expressed
a preference for a less expensive hotel. You did not inform me of your choice of hotel
until we arrived in Atlanta, in your vehicle, on the afternoon of February 6.
This is not true. I reserved these hotels with your consent. I placed the order after I had gotten your
approval. You had known that we were going to stay in Hilton Atlanta before we started our trip
(Screenshots: Email 1, Email 2, Text Message 1). You also confirmed your acknowledge via a text
message on January 22, 2016 (Screenshot: Text Message 2).

Text Message 2 Your confirmation for

being aware of staying at Hilton Atlanta
(January 22, 2016)

Your statement3:
-1/3 of the total cost of our stay in the Holiday Inn Express Harvey-Marrero hotel, 2433
Manhattan Blvd, Harvey, LA, 70058: $255.54. Please note that I will pay this amount
despite the fact that you reserved this hotel in disregard of my statement that I preferred a
less expensive hotel.
This is not true. I reserved these hotels with your consent. I placed the reservation after I had gotten your
approval. You had known that we were going to stay in Holiday Inn Express Harvey-Marrero before we
started our trip (Screenshots: Email 1, Email 2, Text Message 1, Text Message 2, Facebook Message 2).

3
Facebook Message 2: The message shows that you are aware of
the hotel pricing and you received reservation emails (Note: It
shows your name as Facebook User because of the block)
(February 1, 2016)
You told me that you liked both hotels very much. You were happy for staying at those hotels with these
prices. You took several photos inside the hotel. You never had any objections about the hotels we
booked either before nor during the trip.
Your statement4:
As stated above, you chose to pay for parking for your own vehicle at the Hilton Atlanta
hotel without my advance knowledge or consent. This was in violation of our previous
agreement to choose a hotel with free parking. I do not owe anything for the parking at
the Hilton Atlanta.
This is not true. You knew that our options for parking were either paid street parking or paid hotel
parking. You also had seen the hotel parking fee ($24/day) right before I entered the parking building. I
stopped before the ticket gate. I told you and Erica [last name hidden] about the pricing. You didnt have
any objections. I got ticket and entered the building. After we settled in our room, I came from the lobby
with the receipt of $48 for 2 days parking. I told you that I would add your share to my notes so that you
could pay later. You confirmed that and you didnt have any objections at that time neither.
Please note that even though it is my own vehicle, you agreed to use it to get Atlanta and New Orleans.
You seemed very happy to pay hundreds of dollars less by travelling by car instead of plane. You seemed
very relaxed and happy while me and the other person drove all the way. It is not understandable to call it
your own vehicle when it came to paying for parking.
2. My Early Leave on February 9, 2016
On the night of February 9, 2016, I was sleeping in our hotel room. I woke up because of a noise. When I
looked at the other bed, I saw you cuddling with a man and Erica [last name hidden] with some distance
from both of you. I turned lights on and sat on my bed. I asked what he was doing in the room. I clearly
stated that I dont want to stay with him in the same room. He offered me to stay in the room and share
the cost. I told him that I was not interested in his offer. Despite of my clear objection for staying with
your guest in the same room, you, your guest, and Erica [last name hidden] started arguing with me. You

4
insisted having him in the room without my, one your roommates, consent. You started yelling me and
threatened me by calling the police and your lawyer host mom if I dont accept staying with him. Then
Erica [last name hidden] started yelling me. I asked her to stop. I decided not to argue with any of you.
Instead, I packed my stuff and left the room around 4am.
Our agreement was to have only 3 people in the hotel. You violated our agreement by bringing an
overnight guest without my consent. I was not comfortable with staying in the same hotel room with
someone I met a few hours ago. Besides, I was not comfortable with people getting close sexually in the
same room I stayed in. In order to bring an overnight guest to the room we stayed in together, you should
get consents of everybody who stayed there. Even though I clearly expressed my objection against having
your guest in the room, all three of you insisted on keeping the guest and you threatened to call the police
and your lawyer host mom if I didnt obey your decision. Your behavior gave me no choice but to leave
the room.
During the rest of the week, I asked you two times if you wanted a ride with me back to Alexandria, VA
as we agreed in our agreement. Even though I was not comfortable in driving back with you after your
threats, I intended to keep my part of our agreement. You preferred to come back by plane instead of
driving back with me in my car. This was your choice. I am not responsible of the expenses you made for
your comfort by choosing to come back by plane instead of my car.
A few hours after I had left the room, I noticed that I took your coat with me along with my stuff. I
returned it to the hotel lobby in the same morning and texted you. After I had arrived to DC and after you
had reminded me, I also noticed that your sun glasses and purse were in my glove box. I returned them
too.
Your statements5, 6, 7, 8:
Second, you abandoned me at the hotel in New Orleans on February 9, 2016, at
approximately 4:00 a.m., without good reason, and left me with no transportation. In the
process of leaving, you screamed at me and intimidated me. You also departed with my
purse and sunglasses in your vehicle, and you have not returned those items to me.
As a direct result of your unexpected early departure, I incurred additional costs which
were not part of our agreement. Although you later contacted me to ask whether I would
ride home with you, this was not a safe or reasonable option for me. You demonstrated,
through your violent and intimidating behavior against me on February 9, 2016, that I
would no longer be safe with you in your vehicle.
Additionally, I must deduct the following unexpected costs I incurred due solely to the
fact that you abandoned me in New Orleans, without good cause, with no transportation.
Your early departure and the resulting extra costs I incurred to get home to Alexandria,
Virginia were not part of our agreement.
I do not wish for you to contact me again. While in New Orleans, you screamed
profanities at me and intimidated me.
I am not accepting the defamations in these statements. You are required to explain your reasons for
accusing me with these serious defamations. You are required to provide the details for:

How exactly I intimidated you?

What makes you think I was violent?

5
What profanities I screamed at you?
I made sentences such as What are you doing here, I am not accepting your offer, I didnt sign up
for this. I am open to discuss my behavior in any means. I wasnt violent and I wasnt screaming
profanities. Oppositely, I was in a hopeless situation because all three of you were against me and you
threatened me by calling the police and your lawyer host mom if I didnt accept your guest. As a result, I
had to leave the room.
3. Expenses
I made these expenses on your behalf:

$18.02 1/3 of the cost of gas from Washington D.C. to Atlanta and from Atlanta to New
Orleans
$91.68 1/3 of the cost of 2 night stay at Hilton Atlanta from February 6 to 7, 2016
$4.13 1/3 of the cost of Uber trip from Hilton Atlanta to Buckhead Saloon on February 7,
2016
$16.00 The full amount of your ticket to the Inside CNN Tour
$17.30 The full amount of your ticket to the World of Coca Cola Tour
$255.54 1/3 of the cost of 5 night stay at Holiday Inn Express from February 8 to 13, 2016
$16.00 1/3 of the cost for parking at Hilton Atlanta
Total I paid on your behalf: $418.67
You made these expenses on my behalf:

$3.42 1/3 of the cost of Uber trip from Buckhead Saloon to Hilton Atlanta
$4.68 1/3 of the cost of Uber trip from Holiday Inn Express to New Orleans Downtown
Total I owe you: $8.10
The difference between what you owe me and what I owe you: $410.57
On the night of February 9, 2016, I asked you to pay this amount back to me. You promised to pay me
when you get back to Alexandria, VA which you did on February 13, 2016. However, I hadnt heard from
you until my third reminder text on February 17, 2016. Then you made these partial payments to my
PayPal account on the following dates:

$135.44 February 19, 2016

$25.00 February 23, 2016
Total you paid: $160.44
Remaining amount that you owe me: $250.13
Please note that I am not adding the cost of gas and 1 night stay at a hotel I made on my way back to
Alexandria, VA which we agreed to do this trip together and share these costs in our agreement.
4. Your Violations to Our Agreement
As detailed in previous sections, you violated our agreement in four ways:

6
1. We agreed on staying at Holiday Inn Express 3 people. You brought a fourth person without
having my consent. This caused me to get separated from the group.
2. We agreed to share all costs we made together including hotel and car expenses. However, you
refused to pay for hotel parking at Hilton Atlanta even though you were aware of this cost before,
during, and after the trip.
3. We agreed on driving back together to Alexandria, VA. You refused my invitations and wanted
to come back by plane. I had to drive all the way alone and pay the full cost for gasoline and 1
night stay at a hotel.
4. You promised to make a full reimbursement on the day you were back to Alexandria, VA which
was February 13, 2016. Instead, you ignored my texts for a while which made me think you were
trying to get away with my money. After my last text with a more aggressive tone, you started
being responsive and made partial payments on February 19 and 23, 2016.

5. My Effort to Get Reimbursement

You promised to make a full reimbursement on the day you are back to Alexandria, VA which was
February 13, 2016. However, I didnt hear from you on that day and following days. I texted you four
times to remind your debt:

Text message on February 15, 2016 You ignored this message. I didnt hear from you
Text message on February 16, 2016 You ignored this message. I didnt hear from you
Text message on February 17, 2016 You asked me the receipts of gas purchases. I sent them in
the same day. I didnt hear from you after it
Text message on February 19, 2016 I received the first partial payment

6. Threats from an Unknown Person

I had threating emails three times from a person who calls himself/herself Louis Kaczynski
(louis.kaczynsky@gmail.com) on the following dates/times:

12:31pm, February 19, 2016

4:23pm, February 19, 2016
6:37pm, February 19, 2016
He/she searched my connections in my social networks including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and
LinkedIn. He/she threatened me by contacting my friends and colleagues with false accusations. Since
this person claimed having a text message I only sent to you, you or someone you know sent me these
threats. These harassing, intimidating, and threatening emails made me feel at risk of being harmed. You
or someone you know are not permitted to harass, threaten or intimidate me. You or someone you know
must stop this behavior immediately and not contact me again. If I receive another threat or if you or
someone you know contacts any of my friends or colleagues, I will contact the police and request to track
these emails and locate the actual location and ID of the suspect and file for a restraining order.
7. Conclusion
By looking at 8 false statements you made, I understand that you have been misinforming the people
around you including the attorney you consulted with. This behavior is causing people around you to
misjudge me and see the situation differently. You must stop trying to show the situation as violent man
abandoned a little girl on the street and then started threatening for money. You must start telling the
truth which is you brought a lover to our hotel room without my, one of your roommates, consent. You

7
started cuddling with him. Once I woke up and raised my voice about the situation, you threatened me by
calling the police and your lawyer host mom if I didnt accept him in the room. After I had had to leave
the room, you kept staying with your guest in the room in a good hotel that me and Erica [last name
hidden] were paying for the rest of the trip. I had to leave the hotel around 4am with my pajamas and slept
in my car. I had to pay again for another hotel and I had to get around alone for the rest of the trip.
Despite the anger I had, I intended to keep my part of our agreement and asked you twice if you want to
come back to Alexandria together. You wanted go back by plane instead. I had to drive 17 hours in 2 days
alone and pay all expenses by myself. You were supposed to make a reimbursement on the day you
arrived home. You didnt make a transfer and you didnt inform me about when it was possible to pay me
back. Besides, you ignored my texts for a while until I asked for my money aggressively. Then you
started trying to show the situation as a man threatening girls for money. You or someone you know
started sending me these threating emails.
Upon request, I can provide the proof of text messages, emails, and Facebook messages that I mentioned
in this document.
I am requesting the full payment of the remaining amount you owe me which is $250.13 as well as an
apology letter for not paying your debt on time which caused me to spend a significant amount of time for
preparing this document and the stress that negatively affected my work and social life.

Sincerely,
Ned [last name hidden]
