ii) Availability Declaration is based on firm quantity supplied by RIL.
iii) The combined cycle declared capacity as per PPA is reckoned from 30.06.2010 of 444.08 MW w.e.f
30.06.2010 17.30 hrs in Lr. No CE/EC/112/F.KGPL-COD/D.No562/10, dt: 30.12.10.
iv) The declared availability is furnished as per SCHEDULE D 3.3 (V) in terms of PPA.
