REMARKS:
During calibration checking of UT instruments, it was found that 60 deg angle probe not accepted
inrespect of probe index. There is no relevant block to draw DAC as per Std.
Hence UT not witnessed.
Vendor deline to offer other inspection activities (DP & Dimension checking) as per QAP.
Same was informed to Client Mr. Ashley Fernandes over phone.

CONCLUSION
All items are kept in hold for remarks & hard stamp not done as items are not offered.
