ThislistbrieflydescribestheIBMLotusDominoservercommandsthatareavailable.

NoteThisappendixalsocontainsaseparatelistofDominoandIBMDB2UniversalDatabaseEnterpriseServerEditionservercommands,
thatis,servercommandsthatusedonlyinaconfigurationconsistingofDominowithDB2.

Command Description

Broadcast Sendsamessagetospecifiedusersortoallusersofthisserver.

DbcacheDisable Disablesthedatabasecachewhenyouneedexclusiveaccesstoafileinit.

DbcacheFlush Closesalldatabasesthatarecurrentlyopeninthedatabasecache.

DbcacheShow Displaysthenamesofthedatabasescurrentlyinthecache.

Drop Closesoneormoreserversessions.

Exit Stopstheserver.ThiscommandisidenticaltoQuit.

Help Displaysalistofservercommandswithabriefdescription,arguments(ifany),andthepropersyntaxforeach.

Load Loadsandrunsaspecifiedservertaskorprogramontheserver.

Platform Controlstheplatformstatisticsdataattheconsole.

Pull Forcesaonewayreplicationfromthespecifiedservertoyourserver.

Push Forcesaonewayreplicationfromyourservertospecifiedserver.

Quit Stopstheserver.ThiscommandisidenticaltotheExitservercommand.

Replicate Forcesreplicationbetweentwoservers(theserverwhereyouenterthiscommandandtheserveryouspecify).

RestartPort Disablestransactions(ormessages)onthespecifiedportandthenreenablestheportafterabriefdelay.

RestartServer Stopstheserverandthenrestartstheserverafterabriefdelay.

RestartTask Shutsdownandthenrestartsaspecifiedservertask.

Route Initiatesmailroutingwithaspecificserver.

Save Savesaspecifiednoteindxlformattothedatadirectory.

SetConfiguration AddsorchangesasettingintheNOTES.INIfile.

SetRules Reloadstheserver'smailrules.

ShowOpendatabases Displaysalistofopendatabasesontheserveranddetailinformationforthedatabases.

ShowPerformance Displaystheperminuteuser/transactionvalueswhentheDominoServerisrunning.

ShowPort Displaystrafficanderrorstatistics,andresourcesusedonthenetworkadaptercardorcommunicationsport.

ShowSchedule Showsthenexttimethataservertaskwillrun.Includesthesearguments:

ShowStat DisplaysDominoserverstatisticsforoneormoreofthefollowing:diskspace,memory,mail,replication,and
networkactivity.

ShowStatDAOS ShowsstatisticsrelatedtotheobjectcopyoptimizationprocessinthisreleaseofDomino.Objectcopy
optimizationimprovesnetworkperformancebyavoidingthetransmissionofunnecessaryattachmentobject
copiesbetweenclientsandDAOSenabledservers.

ShowStatMail Showsmessagingstatisticsregardingdispatchrequestsandothermessagingstatistics.

ShowStatPlatform Displaysindividualandcumulativeplatformstatisticsforallserversincludingoneormoreofthefollowing:logical
