As you know, Redeemer Lutheran School is a ministry of Redeemer Lutheran Church and as such, Redeemer Lutheran Church provides subsidies in tuition grants and outright gifts in order to sustain the school and minimize tuition increases from year to year. The Christian Board of Education at the school has determied that the actual cost for educating each student for the 2010-2011 school year will be $5900.00. Even with the assistance from the church, we expect the modest increase of tuition to $4800.00 will not be enough to cover the expenses for the school. We would like to ask those of you who blessed with adequate financial resources to consider paying the “true” cost of tuition if you are finacially able to do so. We know each household has different abilities and commitments financially and that all Redeemer Lutheran School families will not be able to pay the full cost of tuition. But, we ask that for those of you who can cover that expense that you do so. For those who cannot, the minimum tuition this year will be $4800.00. We operate by Grace through faith so we ask that you continue to pray for increased enrollment so that more students can enjoy the benefit of a personallized Christian education at Redeemer and we ask you to prayerfully consider contributing up to the full cost of tuition this year. The annual tuition contract consists of tuition, registration fees and other fees or services provided by Redeemer Lutheran School. I (We) apply for the applicable tuition as checked below. This form must be completed by all parents with students attending Redeemer Lutheran School in the 2010-2011 school year before enrollment can be completed. For new students to Redeemer the $350 Comprehensive Fee should be enclosed with this contract; for returning students the fee was due with the re-enrollment form. Tuition for the 2010-2011 school year will be paid by:

Option 1 Payment in Full: Single payment due on or before August 15. This option entitles the responsible party to a 2% discount*. Payable directly to Redeemer Lutheran School. Note: If payment is not received by the school on or before the due date, payment must be made through FACTS with the option listed below. * Discount will be voided if payment is not received by the deadline date. Option 2 10 Monthly Payments beginning July through FACTS: Automatic bank payments (ACH) through your checking or savings account may be made on the 5th each month. Option 3 10 Monthly Payments beginning July through FACTS: Using a credit card transaction made on the 5th each month. July – November and January - May $41 annual FACTS Enrollment Fee. Convenience fee of 2.5% per transaction. CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT If the student is accepted by Redeemer, it is understood by the undersigned parent(s) and or guardian(s) that this contract is a legally binding contract with Redeemer Lutheran School, Salt Lake City, UT. Redeemer shall provide educational services in consideration of the tuition, fees and other charges declared by the school to be applicable during the period of enrollment for the above student. Parents or guardians agree to tuition payment services on a ten payment schedule or paid in full at the beginning of the school year directly to Redeemer. FACTS due date for all payments are the fifth (5th) of the applicable month. Payments are considered late if paid after the tenth (10th) of the month and will be assessed late fees. Parents or Guardians agree that non-payment or late payment of tuition and fees will result in one or more of the following consequences: (1) late fees (2) evaluation of enrollment status for dismissal (3) submitted for legal action or collection (4) non release of official school records, transcripts, report cards or other documents. In the event of nonpayment I or We agree to pay all penalty costs, legal fees and costs of collection including attorney fees incurred by the school. This tuition contract represents the commitment of the undersigned legal adults to pay the entire tuition, fees and services amounts determined above. This total amount is due even if the above named student leaves the school during the year or is expelled during the year for any reason outlined in the Student Handbook. After August 1 no portion of the tuition paid or tuition due will be refunded or cancelled in the event of absences, withdrawal or dismissal from school. Responsible Party Signature Date

The FACTS Enrollment Fee will be automatically deducted from your specified account within 14 days of the date your agreement is posted to the FACTS system.
