BlackBerry Internet Service 2.0 Email setup using BlackBerry Internet Service BlackBerry Internet Service ™ has changed!

Follow the instructions in this tab to configure the mail with the new BlackBerry Internet Service 2.0 using a Web browser on your BlackBerry ® device or computer. To configure e-mail, you must first create an ID and password. The first time you access the Web site of the BlackBerry Internet Service, you can c hoose to add a supported email address, create a BlackBerry e-mail or do both. · Add an e-mail if you already have an account supported email that you want to a ccess from your BlackBerry device. · You can create a BlackBerry email address i f you do not have another email account existing and supported or if you wish to have an e-mail additional use for sending and receiving messages. Configuring e-mail with your device Verify that your BlackBerry device is connected to the wireless network. If the login screen does not appear automatically, click Email Settings. 2. Click on Cr eate a new account. Click the Open link. 3. Carefully read the terms and conditi ons of use of the product, then do one of the following: · Click NO to reject th e terms and conditions of use and stop the setup process. · Click Yes to accept the terms and conditions of use, and continue the configuration process. 4. Ente r your login information. · User ID: Enter a login name for the Web site of the BlackBerry Internet Service. · Password: enter a personal password for the Web s ite of the BlackBerry Internet Service. O Confirmation password: enter password again. 5. Write your user ID and password on a sheet and store in a safe place. You should use this information every time you access the Web site of the BlackB erry Internet Service. 6. Click Next. 7. Click on a language set for the BlackBe rry Internet Service website. 8. Do any of the following: · To add an e-mail to an account supported existing, enter the full email address (eg vostronome@nomei sp.com). At this point, enter the password for your email account. ° to create a BlackBerry email address, click Create a BlackBerry email address. In the User Name field, type the name you want to see the new BlackBerry email address befor e the character (@). 9. Click Next. 10. Click OK. 1. Email setup with a computer To use this configuration option, you need the following elements: · Internet Br owser: Microsoft ® Internet Explorer version 6.0 (or higher) or Netscape ® Commu nicator version 7.2 (or higher) and JavaScript ™ enabled · Operating system: Mic rosoft Windows ® 2000, Windows XP or Mac OS ® 10.3 (or higher) Make sure your co mputer is connected to the Internet. In a Web browser in its address field, type the Web address provided by your wireless service provider. Click on Create a n ew account. Carefully read the terms and conditions of use of the product, then do one of the following: · Click Disagree to reject the terms and conditions of use and stop the setup process. · Click Agree to accept the terms and conditions of use, and continue the configuration process. 5. Enter your PIN (Personal Inf ormation Number) and IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number or ES N (Electronic Serial Number) of the device. Note: To find the PIN and IMEI or ES N, in device options, click Status. 6. Click Continue. 7. Enter your login infor mation. · User ID: Enter a login name for the Web site of the BlackBerry Interne t Service. · Password: enter a personal password for the Web site of the BlackBe rry Internet Service. O Confirmation password: enter password again. · Language: drop-down list, click the language for the Web site set up BlackBerry Internet Service. 8. Write your user ID and password on a sheet and store in a safe place . You should use this information every time you access the Web site of the Blac kBerry Internet Service. 9.
