The analysis of the applications is mainly based on the information contained in the various fie lds of the three integral parts of the form. Therefore, content must be presente d objectively, directly related with the selection criteria defined in the regul ation of the type of intervention 2.1 POPH (see Article 10 of the Regulation) su pplemented with the technical guidelines produced by ANQ and sent with this docu ment. No time for expressions of i nterest as well as others that are important for assessing the technical and ped agogical application. Contact Subm it at the end. 5 CHARACTERIZATION DATA (II) Public Contacts This field should show the contacts previously reported that they wished the pub lic domain. Only these will appear in the public area of the site of the New Opp ortunities. At the end Save Public Contacts. The contact list will have this. Only selected contacts will be made public. 6 DATA CHARACTERIZATION (III) Characterization of the Promoter Entity Promoting Entity The information reported here helps us to characterize the various types of exis ting entities. All fields are mandatory. Accreditation as a Training Entity Private parties, promoters of the New Opportunities Centres should be accredited as training providers in the light of existing legislation, they should fill th e field body responsible for accreditation, and the validity, showing Start Date and End Date. All entities, regardless of their type, must fill the field of ed ucation and training areas in order to identify areas where offered or provide t raining. Store data at the end of Accreditation. 7 DATA CHARACTERIZATION (IV) Plant and Equipment Plants for the New Opportunities Centre The facilities listed must comply with the different stages / dimensions of inte rvention by the work of a New Opportunities Centre. At the end Save Equipment. 8 DATA CHARACTERISTICS (V) Field just to fill centers who apply for Professional RVCC Spaces and equipment assigned to the operation of RVCC Professional The organization shall have space and equipment appropriate to the operation of RVCC Profissional, which reproduce the normal context of work of professional ou tlets chosen. In this field, the organization shall identify the spaces and equi pment that provides for professional output, distinguishing between those that a re proper and which are provided within the partnerships with other institutions in the region. In the latter case it shall specify the designation of the partn ers. To emphasize that, under the POPH,€costs associated with the use of spaces and facilities are not eligible. 1 DATA CHARACTERISTICS (VI) Organization of the New Opportunities Centre Business hours Note: Number of average hours The set time should be adequate to the characteristics of the target audience, b earing in mind the benchmarks for the quality of the New Opportunities Centres. At the end Save Hours. 10 DATA CHARACTERIZATION (VII) Field just to fill centers who apply for Professional RVCC RVCC Professional Career If you wish to intervene in the RVCC Profissional, should be identified to devel op professional opportunities (cf.. At the end click Save RVCC Professional. 11 TEAM (I) New Opportunities Centres - Team + New Element The number of elements to identify the set must match the level of a nnual results for which the entity is proposed, by type of intervention (primary , secondary, RVCC Pro) By default, when selecting new element, these fields will be presented. Dependin g on the selected team member, and other emerging fields to fill, these fields d irectly related to the function to perform. At this point can fill only the fiel ds for the Director and the Coordinator of the Centre 12 TEAM (II) All team members should be given a time allocation (%), with the exception of th e Director and Coordinator. Director The office of Director shall be assumed by the Head of the procuring entity and can always earn coordination. The centers based in schools should be governed by paragraph 5 of Order No. 7794/2007 of 27 April. Coordinator The element should indicate to comply with the Ordinance No. 86/2007 of January 12. The centers based in schools should take into account the No. 7 and No. 8 of Order No. 7794/2007 of 27 April. RVC professional The profile of professionals RVC must be in accordance with paragraph 7, art. 11 . Paragraph A of Ordinance No. 86/2007 of January 12. Former

The team of trainers must comply with Order No. 11203/2007 of June 8. The traine rs must have Certificate of Professional Aptitude (CAP), indicating their number and validity. 13 TEAM (III) Technician The technicians who assumes this role should have higher qualification in the so cial sciences and humanities, with experience in education and training for adul ts and with actual knowledge of the network of educational and training offers i n the region where it operates the Center. Tutor - Professional RVCC The tutor must hold academic qualification at or above the level of qualificatio n concerned, have the Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude and as preferential fa ctor, training and professional practice in the specific area in which they obta in recognition and validation of skills. Reviewer RVC - RVCC Professional Should be an internal or external coach to New Opportunities Centre which follow s the same profile for the tutor RVC. 14 PEI (I) New Opportunities Centres - Strategic Plan The Strategic Plan of Intervention In tervention (PEI) has a duration of two years. However, it should be reviewed ann ually and subject to any adjustments as appropriate, giving always aware of any change to ANQ. Objectives, expected results and scope of intervention (territorial and career o pportunities): In this field the entity must justify the relevance of its role as New Opportuni ties Centre, describing: - their mission - strategy of action - needs of the are a regarding the qualification of adults if the entity applies for RVCC Profissio nal, must justify their choices in terms of fields of education - education / ca reer opportunities to develop, based on its scope of activities sector (eg train ing experience), and sectoral studies conducted by themselves or others to justi fy the need to promote the skills selected (see guidance techniques) should be i dentified as dimensions of intervention by the New Opportunities Centre in which they developed practices that promote gender equality and improving access of u nderprivileged groups and / or with greater difficulties in finding a 15 in the labor market. PEI (II) Scope of Intervention: This field should be identified the districts where the Center intends to develo p exhibitions, highlighting the respective field (). The situations of roaming o utside the NUT III in which the center is housed, are exceptional and must be pr operly justified. Model of organization and management: The entity should present the model of organization and management that aims to implement the New Opportunities Centre, taking into account the requirements of the Pledge.

16 PEI (III) Regional partnerships and institutions: In this field the entity should specify their local regeneration strategy, ident ifying actions taken, or which is designed to mobilize employers, training provi ders with offerings tailored to the needs of routing and other New Opportunities Centres in the region by promoting local involvement network . Should be identi fied partnerships already formalized (or in the process of formalization), typol ogy and responsibilities assumed by each of the partner entities taking into acc ount the different dimensions of intervention by a New Opportunities Centre. Spe cifically for professional RVCC, indicate the scope of sectoral partners. 17 PEI (IV) Plan self-assessment and training of staff at the CNO: The organization shall have mechanisms for periodic assessment of processes, out comes and impacts of the Centre. A synthesized form, should be submitted to the model of self-evaluation that the entity intends to implement based on the requi rements defined in structuring Pledge. To the extent that the Centre should have prepared a technical team to ensure rigorous and demanding the development of a ll aspects involved in operating a New Opportunities Centre, this field should d escribe briefly the training model which aims to implement, identifying issues a nd modalities to be developed. Financing System: Should be selected the funding system to which the entity you are applying. 18 PEI (V) Physical Targets - No. adults: The annual volume of business to be proposed by the New Opportunities Centres is regulated by the measure 2.1. POPH and carried out in the document "Technical G uidelines for application of the New Opportunities Centres as 2.1. the POPH " 19 DECLARATION OF COMMITMENT The veracity of the information provided in this application will be verified ba sed on follow-up. Any change on the team from the Centre or to the spaces and eq uipment assigned to the operation of RVCC Professional shall be communicated to ANQ. Non-conformity of practices developed by the Center to the information prov ided in this application may constitute sufficient and appropriate basis for the ANQ, depending on the seriousness of the failure, decides to reduce the scope o f intervention of the Centre or its extinction.
