lasagna lasagna recipe:

-pre-cooked lasagna (it says on the package)
-2 jars of passata
-4-5 carrots
-1 pack of ground beef (a bigger one)
-fresh basil
-italiano mix grated cheese (mix in some grated cheddar)

-sautee 2 shallots and one clove of garlic (finely minced)
-add carrots chopped finely (smaller = best)
-add minced beef
-add passata
-add salt and pepper (to taste)
-let it simmer for 15-20 min
-add chopped fresh basil in the last 10 min of being cooked and italian herbs and a little
bit of chili flakes

-steam a bag of spinach

-add ricotta to spinach and herbs and salt and pepper
-sautee garlic and mushrooms and add to spinach

1st layer: cover bottom with tomato sauce

2nd layer: lay noodles
3rd layer: spinach layer
4th layer: sprinkle cheese mix
5th layer: noodles
6th layer: tomato sauce
7th layer: spinach
8th layer: cheese layer
9th layer: noodles
LAST LAYER: has to be meat sauce and cheese on top
(bake it right after assembly)

-tent the foil a bit when you cook

-bake it covered with the foil
bake at 350 for 45-50 min
(can stay outdoors 3 hours after baking)
if you serve right away at the end:
broil for 5 minutes --- take of tin foil and keep an eye on it

-pull out of fridge 1-2 hours before you're going to serve

-warm up:
bake at 350 for 30 min
