10 Beginning the Lesson

I spoke them on Corinthians 3; 16-17 Dont you know that you
yourselves are Gods temple and that Gods Spirit lives in you? If
anyone destroys Gods temple, God will destroy him; for Gods temple
is sacred, and you are that temple.
As we are created by God and our body belongs to him. Our bodies are
a temple so if we destroy them God will be angry with us and he will
never listen to our prayers so in order to be healthy exercise plays an
important role.
Introduce the hoop game to the students.
Tell them to make a circle catching each others hand tightly.
Tell them that if they lose the hand while playing he or she will be out
of the game.
Demonstrate the game like how to do it and strategies.
Show them the way to play.

All children begin by standing in a circle, holding hands.
A hula hoop is placed over the arms of the two players.
The groups challenge is to see how quickly their group can move the
