ANSWER:

1. Yes, because she took out the resumes of the ten applicants without a valid
reasons since they have a misunderstanding with his ex-boyfriend and set
aside the other resumes which have connections with ex-boyfriend and find
reasons to agonized for weeding the remaining four applicants just to
complete the final list of ten applicants.

2. We suggest, that it should be analyzed fairly without any bias just because
you have a misunderstanding with a particular person and trying to pull out
the other applicants without any valid reason. TRABAHO LANG,
WALANG PERSONAL.

ANSWER:

1. It will be acceptable to the employees since there are negative changers


brought by the decentralization policy of Patrick. They will be affected
because Patrick did was to slowly introduce measures to centralize
decision making since he is the top management and the employees
cannot claim actions since they are just an employees.

2. Yes, because it brought a lot of changes. Since the management of


Patrick, many employees were affected. Sales dropped by two percent
and a number of key employees started to make moves to look for
suitable job elsewhere. The rate of absences and tardiness of the
employees began to go up.

ANSWER:

1. Yes, the president will be failed to do such actions because even his
employees have no good and mutual relationships with each other and they
dont even meet any respect with the co-workers.

2. Yes, we agree with Amelias action because if she still be working in Mr.
Reyes Company, she tried to win the respect of Mr. Mantic, but, all her
efforts failed. So, we suggest her to go back with her previous job. Because
everything respect her.

1. No, because it is a challenge for her to meet different kind of people. And
she can do it to manage different personalities since she win the positive
interactions of the employees from her previous job. So why not in her
aunties show business right?

2. Just keep her emotions and temper be calm. Always be patient because
somehow, someday, She will gain the respect of her co-employees.

did not really informed the accountant and considered its absence. They
didnt let the accountant review the final report submitted to the President.
*The error of the President is that he voiced out his objections to the
committee members were clearly the objections of the accountant.
*The error of the accountant is that he was absent and failed to appear in the
succeeding meeting which his presence is very important,

ANSWERS:

1. The reasons why time is not very successful in his current position because
not everybody is attending the meeting. So, some employees might, be
affected because they are not well informed in the meeting and they are not
well informed in the meeting and they are not present.

2. He should asked for everyones participation or call the members one by one
for personal matter and asked why they didnt attend the said meeting and
why theyre not really active when meeting is being called and prepared.
