Chapter 1 What are You Here For


Your first step towards internal riches
Resetting Your Roots

Resetting your roots by taking what your parents taught you, then

reevaluating in addition, reprogramming your mind. As you look back upon your

life, think about the socialization and the different lessons you where taught as a

youngster. What kind of influence did they have on your mind? How do you react

toward situations in life? Looking back, you think to yourself, Did my parents teach

me the best things that they could? If not could I myself change that way of

thinking?

Growing up, you are pressured or influenced by where you live and by

people youre around you are more likely to do what others say to do, rather then

hearing yourself and taking your own counsel, furthermore, we are impacted by

information through media trends. Everyone will tell you what you need to look like

or be like to be accepted among your community.

If your not happy with others making your decisions, is it time to change

your way of thinking? Resetting your roots is the objective to understanding and

changing your thinking habits and your ways. The main purpose is to change your

mind set. The potential you have is great, far beyond what you realize, you already

possess the internal riches, all I would like to do and that you seek four stages to tap

into.

Who has been your influence, why not me. There are four element stages.

These elements have been shaped by your socialization cycle of influences.

Therefore, the following characteristics has been verbal, modeling forms of

information and intended to attract your habits and behaviors that create the

person you are today. Mentally our minds work as if you are a creative artist. For

example, Larry is a sales representative for a small advertising agency. Larry is out

and about the town running some eons and finding more leads to developing and

growing the agency, Larry walks in a local grocery store for a few items and a bit to

eat. Larry is aware of what he is looking for, this action of Larrys brain triggers the

mental to react and recognize what Larry is seeking. He goes to the deli section of

the store to find the pre-made sandwiches. Larry asked himself, How can we use

this same method at the agency? Creativity is developed in Larrys mind as he takes

note of his impulse thoughts and actions that controls his mental thought.

This brings us to the second stage of emotion. Emotional stage is a mental

association that has been associated with your mind and what something or

someone should look like. Larry recognized the thinking of his mental and how it

felt when he had found the sandwiches. Even though he knew what it look like the

emotional triggers in his mind stimuli the taste buds and feeling of holding the

sandwich in hand. Larry thought if he could create this same emotion as for the

clients that would want the agencies services, how the agency would benefit to the

clients.

The third stage would be spiritual, what and who is guiding you. What made

Larry click and be aware of what was going on? First, his stomach I am hungry, and

then he started to pay attention to the surrounding of how the layout of the store

attracted the triggers of Larrys habits of consumption. Society has created an

atmosphere of what works and what do not work. They have also mastered the art

of branding and what attracts people to buy with a spiritual or emotional connection

to the product.

The fourth stage is your physical or personal being and outer structure.

Physically Larry took action to following his heart and stomach. By walking in this

store and applying the habits of his human nature. Larry was accountable to his

actions and thinking as well as his feeling towards the impulse idea that he mustard

up for the agency.

Now let us take it back when you were about five years old. The most common

word you heard, out of your parents or whomever your authority figure was, you

heard, (No, dont do that, thats a no no, etc All negative affirmations. Nothing

positive about that word no. Growing up and adapting to that word would make

you afraid of what the results were. That maybe is why in your life path you are so

skeptical of making decisions in certain situations. Did someone in your life say, Do

you think money grows on trees? Therefore, parents think they are given good

advice but in fact, they are destroying your dreams.

For example, Sam was born in a loving family, a family that gave Sam the passion

and attention that a young child needed. His parents had a very successful law

practice firm that specialized in divorces and bankrupts. They loved little Sam so

much that they brought him to their office. They kept Sam around the business and

expressed on him how to become a lawyer and what it would take. Sam learned fast

and thought in his heart that he would become a successful lawyer as parents. Sam

grew up experimenting life through his parents eyes and seems to understand how

the business system worked.

As he got older, he was exposed to other opportunities besides his successful

parents firm and he wanted to do something simpler. Every time Sam wanted to do

something on his own, his parents did not approve of what he wanted. Sam wanted

to go to another college to purse being a scientist instead of a lawyer, but his parents

had a big problem with that. Then it came to that time when Sam parents wanted

him to do, by going to the college to practice law. Sams mother suggested that,

Why not go the colleges your father and I attend? Sam was getting confused on

whom to satisfy, them or myself. Whose life I am living? He questions himself.

What comes to mind when you think about this situation?

Today if you repeat these same words and actions, they may keep you down and

stop you from growth. When you reprogram your mind, you enable yourself to

grow and manifest good things for you and your family. Your mind is full of

thoughts, but you have been programmed by thoughts from others that limited you

from greatness. Thoughts are ideas. Therefore, act on them and you will receive

them. You intend to do something, but as of change, you are so-called preparing

yourself for the change. Example, you would like to stop eating meat, and become a

vegetarian, therefore you are preparing yourself to act in the according matter to

making the change, but some how you are still craving the meat. You would take

these procedures, educating yourself on other substitutes of non-meat products.

Researching the library or your local bookstores to finding the right information on

becoming a vegetarian. Sometimes asking others if they know of anyone who is a

vegetarian. You are taking action on the thought or idea you would like to

accomplish. It is also going to take will power and self-discipline.

Using the following example, you will make it an effort to becoming a

vegetarian. Days go by but you make a change of your eating habits. Breaking that

old habit of eating meat and putting something in its place. You are mentally at

peace. This partakes in anything you do our say in life. Take control of your mind

set.

Humans adapt to the environment they are around, as you see, I have a

systematic method to resetting your roots, by creating a learning environment

around you and yours. Creating a habit of picking up books and learning supplies

and comprehension of what specializes knowledge you attain. The real key to

resetting your roots is to learn the information and apply it to the subconscious

mind in a form of self-talk, more on self-talk in later chapters. Speaking to your

inner self and putting positively where it belongs, that is you. You are a gift to this

world; you also have the ability to use your sixth sense, tapping into your God like

talent.

Desire of Needs

What makes you cringe or get excited about something or someone you

desire? For example, throughout history - being under limited situations, people

have overcome floods of failures to be able to succeed in their desires and passions

in life. We tend to be excited over others successes, how they became stronger and

keep going regardless of the results. Even though, the majority of the time you do

not think, it is possible to achieve that one and only desire you want and need. I will

illustrate this action. You have in your mind limits which you call excuses.

John is a merchandiser at a mid-size record company. On his behalf, he has

to plan to generate new merchandise accounts for the company. He was instructed

by the vice president of sales to contact four distributors per week for servicing and

expanding business accounts. At the end of the week, the VP of sales asked John for

the new contacts information.

VP Sales: What new contacts did you make this week John?

John: I could only contact one distributor. I will have the remainder done later on

today. (Excuse)

VP Sales: I thought I made it clear to you that I wanted four new accounts every week.

John: Yes, you made it really clear.

VP Sales: What are the reasons that you could not complete the other three calls?

John: I had to catch up with several other duties you expected from me. Check it out.

And I have lot more done this week than last week!

VP Sales: Nice work, but dont forget about those new accounts.

John: No, I wont forget. Thank you.

Excuses account for your failures and the desires you cannot accomplish.

Creative minds are responsible for initiating this universe of today into existence!

Forward moving, positive people set the standard for you. Be excited about your

desires and the fact that you can make your desires a reality. You must do what it

takes to make it true to yourself.

I am here to bring you the facts of life and the details of how to become the

significant figure in life, to bridge the gap between the matrix and reality of

specialize knowledge. What are your desires? What is the difference between need

and want? How does this desire come about? A desire is a dream or a vision not yet

set into reality. If you do not have any ambition to receive that dream, that is not a

concrete desire. Many times, you have been criticized about what you desire or want

in your dream-making stage. Dreams are destroyed due to the negative thinking

and your social pool of negative people. Your ethic moral of that dictates your

behaviors influences your thinking and how you react towards that desire or need.

My systematic program will guide you to your most desired need or want in life. You

must understand the difference. A need is being in want of a necessity like food,

clothing and shelter. To want is to feel or suffer the need of something or someone.

Desire is the first step, but you must understand that it cannot be without a defined

plan to achieve this main desire or outcome in your life.

Lack of progress on attaining the right specialized knowledge and research

that you need to accomplish this desire you want. Ask yourself, What is the

important thing I need in my life right now?

A Different Thinking

Understanding the logic of creative thinking is simple but not easy.

Opinions are the worst commodities, Earl Nightgale would say. Have you really

analyzed your process of thinking? What are your results, and what made you come

up with this so-called way of thinking? Who influences your thinking?

A different type of thinking is the challenge you go through on a daily basis.

Thinking is what makes the character stand out in you. Life gives you many

challenges to take or not take action, this gives you the experience it whatever

situation you may encounter.

How do you go out and get this different way of thinking? The answer is as

simple as applying yourself and opening your mind to other ways at looking at

problems and using other solutions. Are your priorities of thinking in the right field

of thought? Think about that! Are your priorities of thinking in the right field of

thought? What are the important thoughts that come to mind everyday? My goal is

to make you think in an organized way to accomplish anything your mind can

conceive.

All forms of art are expressions of thoughts and emotions for all people to

relate to. Music is an art of thinking; you listen to others express their thoughts and

feelings. In studying your thinking patterns put the right information in your

subconscious mind by simulating the Nero thinking - meaning your impulse

thoughts to reacting to whatever habits you are applying. News and media has

influence your life, they say that you subconsciously see over 3000 ads a day. What

are these subliminal messages feeding you? The ads feed you what to think and

how to react. Instead of letting media and society feed your thinking; feed yourself

motivational and inspirational information to promote your personal development

and create the environments around you and yours. For this reason, set your social

cycle around other great positive people.

I would like you to challenge you with the following exercise.

First, find a writing tool and some paper.

I would like for you to obtain this new thought process by clearing your mind; find a

place where it is quiet outside. Imagine a stream of water or a park where the birds

are chirping and the sound of nature is one with your mind. This way you can focus

on you and your thinking. You would look for a tree or somewhere to sit down and

relax your body and soul while you are being aware of everything that is around

you. Take 10 minutes and write down all your awareness thoughts that come to

mind.

I would like you to write down this format. For example, I am aware of the squirrel

running across the grass. I am aware of the wind blowing the trees. I am aware of I

am aware of I am aware of

Now, I want you to go over every awareness action and write down at the

end of each sentence the senses that you used. For example, you used your feelings,

hearing, touch, smell or sight.

I am aware of the squirrel running across the grass. (Sight)

I am aware of the wind blowing the trees. (Sight, hearing)

Do the same awareness activity on your physical reactions to understand how your

habits control your reaction of your physical body. If I were you I would follow and

use these following steps & questions throughout my life to see were I stand.

Now that I have your mind on you, write down these questions and answer them.

1. What is my purpose for being here?

2. How can I best use my time on earth?

3. What are the results, if I do not fulfill my purpose? What happens if I dont fulfill

my purpose?

4. How can I go about using others for the activities I cannot fulfill?

5. What is taking my time?

6. How can I be more effective?

Habit Making

Habit is an action packed word; a word that expresses movement. A term I

would like to use for the word habit is have. it is in your subconscious mind to

automatically pick it up or put it down, like saying something that you are

conditioned to speak on. You can change this habit by applying this formula.

POSITIVE HABITS + ACTIONS + BUILDS CHARACTER = RESULTS

In other words, habits make you the person you imitate today.

Understanding and overstanding habits are a big challenge for you. Your mind is

conditioned to your actions and reactions. Habits can be controlled emotionally and

physically. They also may be a good or a bad influence on you and others around

you as I stated before in terms of your social structure.

Making a new habit challenges your thinking. Going about doing something

for the first time is the hardest move to make. This is where you lose your focus. You

constantly try to prepare for your new challenge. You have two factors - pain or

pleasure - as Anthony Robbins always speaks on. Which side is your scale tilted -

pain or pleasure? Habits are the result of your community.

Well how do you go about creating real positive habits? Lots of time, you

assume that you cannot put a 100% into a passion of what you really enjoy. Apply

new habits with my systematic method. You automatically multitask, I believe, in a

concept called counter balancing. There are certain behaviors you have and you

start to examine habits. Not all your habits are positive. Building your habits and

building your character - this is what reflects the outlook of what others see in you.

I was taught at a young age that practice makes things perfect. What that

taught me was discipline and self-determination in whatever athletics or business

venture I was to be involved. Understanding that concept, I learned that you need to

practice the skill or talent to be better or more outstanding. Therefore, get around

others that will challenge your abilities.

Habits are ethics that create values in your life, which make you the greatest

sentient being on earth. Values are maps that keep you on track to life, principles

you live by to formulate your habits to have as many descriptions of skills and

knowledge for your well-being. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is

not an act, but a habit. Aristotle. Now, this is something to digest.

Habits work by repeating a behavior repeatedly. What is joyful is that you

can reprogram yourself at any time you like. It is a trip when you see a habit as a

young child, and say I am not going to do that when I become an adult. As soon as

you become that adult you have that certain habit that you didnt want as a child

looking at you in your adulthood. You have choices, you can take it or leave it, but

you must understand that some social structures do not have choice because the

choices are decided for you. More on social structures in later chapters. Changing

your habits take time and energy. Foremost, when you want to experience

successful habit changes, keep in mind that habits take about twenty-one days, or

less, of repeating the new behaviors and actions. How long have you been fighting

with this habit? This will determine how long it will take you to change. Sometimes,

your changing habit seems to revert into your old habits, because of stress or not

getting the results as fast as you want.

We are creatures of habit, so you are vey predictable. You might not see the

results of the new habit as quick as you want it but it will soon start to show.

Improving your new behaviors or habits is a matter of taking one habit at a time in

each month. Set this habit change as an outcome for you to accomplish within that

certain month. In addition, you can use my method in the following section on how

to be aware of your actions of good or bad habits. Your beliefs are tied to your habits

and you must reprogram yourself from this day forth. Changing the meaning of your

habit will change the effect and there will be a benefit in the end. Recondition

yourself. For example, if I workout (lift weights) for a period of time and get the

results I was looking for and afterwards, stop - I will end up back in the same place I

started and the results will waste away. You have to make this a lifestyle. Make it an

automatic reaction to what you do or say in your habit behaviors.

My systematic method will show you how to interrupt your habit patterns.

The only thing is you have to want to change this habit or behavior of patterns set

in your subconscious mind. No books or audiotape programs are going to make you

change. You have to have it deep down in your heart to want to change. You must

learn through experiences. Apply each and everyday towards teaching your mind

state new successful habits. Nothing will change, until you change.

The use of the oldest equipment is not being used to its fullest potential. The

most powerful computer ever in existence is your brain. It is time to awaken your

mind and use the full capacity of it. You limit yourself by not developing a mind-

learning attitude towards furthering your education or knowing yourself. There is

much information on knowing yourself. Formulating your mind takes time and

patience. Yet, you enjoy that quick gratification. Mind over matter is what your

intellect is supposed to be used for. The information inside your brain has whatever

you desire. Logically, your social class has dominated your mind. It is stated that

there is an 85% chance that you will stay in your social class without making a

major move to another class.

The brain controls the function of your body. Your mind is the most

important piece of your body given to you. Whatever the mind can conceive and

believe it can achieve. Napoleon Hill. The mind dwells on pain and pleasures.

Study your mind. How does your mind work to avoid pain? What are the pleasures

your mind thinks about? You can control your minds state of thoughts. Setting

yourself up to win is the true thoughts you think about. Understanding your mind is

the cause. Therefore, you get the effect of your results of what you have learned

through trial and error. Formulating your mind is so important you can take control

over yourself instead of letting others control you.

Your subconscious has the ability to do whatever you program it to do - right or

wrong, negative or positive. You have a mind with a subconscious and conscious

that makes decisions for you. Use your creative thoughts for your impulse thoughts

and life will be more detailed to you. Mind control is a pattern broke down into

habits, memory, standards of belief, and so forth. Subconscious control is the power

to act on or to do it. Your conscious mind is set up to potentially act upon and to do

what you think. So, the outcome here is to redirect your subconscious mind and to

think in another thinking pattern.

The spiritual world exists in the subconscious mind. As you control and

balance your life, others are affected by what you are thinking. Does religion play a

big part in your life? You must research and get the basics of all religion to break

down your conscious and subconscious minds comprehension. Take the time to get

to know yourself. Most of all, you are turned on by your feelings or emotions

Use your imagination to create whatever your mind wishes to conceive and

believe and you will achieve. You are the creator of your life. What are these

patterns that tap into your brain waves? You stop yourself from growth and

advancement or developing your potential of greatness. Who are you? Have you

become aware of your true essence? Prosperity, in your life, is what you are looking

for. This is that dream or desire you seek every day.

What makes your creative visualization different from others? You have your

own creative imagination and vision capabilities to create what you want or need.

You are impacted by others influence in different ways. You visualize and create you

and the surroundings that protect you. The type of relaxation you are using is a

deeper slower level of the brain known as the alpha level. The level you keep busy

is your conscious mind known as the beta level. Visualization is not that you see it

physically, but you see it mentally or using your imagination. Shakti Gawain. You

can feel or think in terms of visual to obtain what you want.

The word vision means to see physically or mentally into existence. You start

your creative vision when you put action or movement to it. Key words are action

and movement. What are the issues that come in your path of life that stops you

from moving forward? Things - what are those things that consume your time?

When you think about these things are they important? Sometimes, you are caught

up doing some things that you think are important.

Creativity is also an art form that some of us possess; and some of us do not.

Using Your Emotional Thoughts

Emotions are a very challenging subject to reflect on. Emotions are used in

every situation of your lifes involvement. Others judge you emotionally. Thoughts

are things; Napoleon Hill said that every thought you bring to the conscious you put

action to creating a reaction. Science theory speaks on how you can control your

emotions. You react in certain situations of relationships with others. Emotions can

make or break you the challenge is that you have choice.

In many cases, your parents dictate your emotions because they have

installed emotional association to whatever that may be. You have to distinguish

between situation and reaction. For example, for years your parents have been

using Crest toothpaste to brush their teeth. And they have been telling you that your

teeth will be clean and white every time you use it. Your parents have associated

something to that toothpaste that kept you wanting to buy it. Even though there are

other brands of toothpaste, youd rather buy what you think is doing what your

parents taught you it should do instead of researching for yourself and finding a

better solution.

Using your emotions means to express thoughts or sometimes feelings

toward that special one or others. Why do these feelings happen the way that they

do? Your feelings could change at certain times of emotional balance. Therefore,

feeling happy or sad at the time of engagement of this certain issue that needs to be

addressed. The majority of the time, you tend to make sure that your feelings are

taking care of before someone elses. You should put yourself in the shoes of others

before acting on that particular behavior.

The most challenging emotion is in dealing with the opposite sex - the male

and female relationship. What a big step in life. You say it is great and others may

say they do not agree. Its like, if the birds told all the airplanes in the air to get out

of our sky because we got some flying to do. Its not like you have to adjust your

emotions and thoughts to fit the situation that is at hand. Most of the time you want

to give good thoughts to others and sometimes it could hurt you. That is the risk you

take. You have to keep keeping on. You have setbacks in life and this is what makes

you the great person that you are. You should have humbleness and patience for the

right emotional feeling to come to you. A sign of emotional expression shows who

you really are. For example, you may be upset with your feelings by expressing your

love through a form of music or art of some form with some related detail that

speaks from your heart. You even express at times when your spirit is up.

The only time someone can understand you is by communicating their

emotions. Action creates a reaction. And being aware of your emotions and how

many times per day are you emotionally down? You know that you cannot be

positive in every situation of your life. Emotions are expressed throughout your

difficulties contacting your energy levels of excitement. Someone is always

whipping out that emotional beating such as your bill collectors. This feeling creates

stress that breaks down motivation and ambition to act on.

You have a situation your child is on the monkey bars and youre telling the

child to be careful because he might fall. Your first reaction is a negative thought.

What if it happens? Expressions of negativity come to mind. You have no faith in

your child and this allows a negative association to you as well as your childs

Your peers would say, Hold your tongue! You were made with two ears and

one mouth. Get the clue? You speak such words and hear such sayings which

convict you everyday. I want to challenge you to study the words and phases that

come out of your mouth. In addition, study your thoughts and thinking patterns.

Study what you say and how you react to situations. The words from your mouth

have control of your life - what you say is what you get.

It is all said and done. So, what do you say about your future? Can you create

one? Study and observe other cultures speaking habits, and you will be amazed at

how they look upon themselves. They speak of poverty and negative thoughts of

thinking. You can not rise above what you allow yourself to think or say. The law of

nature says, If youre lazy, youre lazy. The law of nature also says, If I am a

winner, therefore, I am a winner. Francis P. Martin. Do you honestly speak to your

inner self?

Search through your mind and find the positive ambitions. Take the Time in

and Time out is what you get. What you say is what you get because your

subconscious is continually on the thought or idea of some kind, constructive or

non-constructive form. When you think about those expressions, thats what it is.

Others in your life pressure these issues and thats when your mind seems to

embrace that fact. Even if its right or wrong. Most of the time, you are mocking or

imitating their actions because you would like to be like them or have the things that

they have in terms of character or material objects.

Applied Faith in Oneself

Applied Faith is a key principle of being successful. What is faith? Faith is

self-awareness of who, what and why you exist. Faith is an element broke down into

sections and emphasizing belief in oneself. In addition, faith is an action word when

you obtain the knowledge of something or someone you have faith in. You jump

right into. For example when you learn about substantiality living and other off the

grid technology for as housing, gardening, solar and other nature living you tend to

learn more and have faith in what it can do for you and others. Here is another

example of faith you have faith that the other driver on the opposite side of the road

will stay on his/her side and will not cross that yellow line. You have got to have

faith when you wake up every morning. You have faith in some of the leaders of this

country; knowing that they will do a great job and support the best interest for the

people.

Faith is created by repeating affirmations and habits which you develop.

I found happiness by helping others find it.

your life. The media, TV, and entertainment influence tell you what you need to be

like and do. This has a very big impact on ones mind control in todays society.

of the time you do not really sit down and plan your outcomes. What makes you not

Embracing Change

Your life will change if you want it to or not! Change could be set up as fear.

Not only will it change, but fear will make you embrace the outcome. You sometimes

take or make shortcuts to situations you would like to accomplish quicker. Most of

the time thats why the outcomes dont look right or as you pictured it in the

beginning stages. You hold the key to every situation as of every thought you can

generate. You are in control of what you make of yourself. Understand who you are

by the power of wisdom. Do you look at change? Sometimes it hurts. As the old

timers say to me, Take it like a man/woman.

You are quicker to improve your circumstances, but you are not willing to

improve yourself. According to Ben Sweetland, Knowledge is of no value unless you

make use of it. I, myself, embrace change. My mind thinks on how I can get through

this action in the best manner. For example, you never have security unless you

own your own life. What you control is what you got. I had to quit my day job to be

able to attend college in order to further my education so that I may understand the

business world and how to communicate my success. What are your learning skills

and what abilities do you apply? Informational or transformational learning, here

Informational is your left-brain function. Meaning intellectual, structure

and knowledge. Transformational is your right brain function, i.e., emotional,

Change is constant in your life. Of course, all of my experiences in life were

Systematic Method

A plan of action is the key principle to address your way to a successful

outcome. Carrying out a plan takes organization, strategy and concepts to get great

results. For example, after remembering how much better I felt when I was

physically active and how much I missed it, I decided that I needed to consciously

work to increase my time availability for improving the possibility of working out. I

was determined to do something; if, nothing more than weight lifting or just taking a

run on the treadmill.

My Plan of Action

5-7 year plan I will put my plan into effect 2005-2012.

-I will establish my physical fitness program and be faithful to it by February 2005.

-I will finish college by June 2007.

-I will establish and acquire my own home by August 2009.

-I will publish my second book by April 2009.

Grow Yourself Bigger Than the Problem

Your plan is to grow in the best manner, possible. To do so, you will need to

create an environment around yourself with positive influences. There will always

be a stomp in your path. Still, you must stay in the fight regardless of the outcome.

Patience is the key to a healthy livelihood. You are attracted to problems because

cause and effect is the universal law. Growing yourself bigger than the problem is

achieved by outgrowing your personal issues and improving how you react towards

yourself and others. Growth is a vital science in living things. As I refer to

Embracing Success (Chapter 4) - this helps you move on and keep going. It is time to

prepare yourself for almost anything that comes your way.

Growing is part of you. You learn by experiencing different social groups,

jobs, schools, and different institutions. If you are not taught to solve your problems,

sometimes others will solve them for you. Independence is what you live for. You

were born independent and you should live an independent mind frame that allows

you to think for yourself.

You and I are independent of another. You must expand your knowledge and

experience of life in order to be able to be bigger than the problems you encounter.

Problems come and go. Building confidence in yourself makes the problems easier.

It all starts with the parents. Techniques taught by parents teach their children, at

an early stage in life, your cycle of socialization. You must find role models in

positive people that will embrace you and help you along your journey. To be bigger

than life, you can respect and cherish that lesson of life. How big can you be? Bigger

Stop the Procrastinating / Just Do It Now

Procrastinating is the worst defeater in the human activeness. You delay the

most important activity that needs to be done at any particular time. This word,

alone, could stop you from success. Procrastinating is a non-active word putting

metaphors and other things in your way of thinking instead of that important action

that needs your attention at the time. How many times have you put something off

and thought to yourself it can be done later? Later does not come around, but the

deadline comes and for the project is not done. That is what procrastination is all

about. Some things naturally do not work the way you wanted them too, but you can

control the outcome of your reaction upon the your desired effects.

Procrastination makes up other things to take over action at hand. You

cannot accept any excuse; more excuses - more problems. You learn from the best!

Our government and parents have every excuse for you to be afraid of. Lots of

opportunity goes by you because you fail to act on them. As Phillip Knight of the

Nike Corporation says, Just do it. These three powerful words are the cure to

overcoming procrastination. Time wasted is what procrastination amounts to.

This is your secret to completing your tasks ahead of time instead of waiting

for it to be done later or behind schedule. You have experimented procrastination

once or a few times. If you want to succeed in life, whether economically, financially,

personal and/or business wise, you must cut procrastination out of your life. You

must adapt a just-do-it-now mentality. A just-do-it-now mentality comes with a plan

of action. The principle must be an understanding of going about your plan of

accomplishments and stopping the procrastination because it destroys your

confidence and self-discipline. Of course, these actions bring about fear. Make

yourself aware of what actions you take before responding. You must keep a

Focus Actions / Multi-Tasking

Focus, focus, focus and focus on your plans. You may have to adjust every

once in a while, but a great plan you should be able to adjust with fire. Focus actions

are self-discipline. You may not understand why you have to focus but it is critical

to focus on things instead of putting them off and doing them later (procrastinating).

Focus is a matter of energy expressed through consistent and persistence. The

Webster dictionary defines focus as, to bring or come to. A study point that keeps

you right on. Here is an illustration driving your car between the yellow and white

lines on the road. You stay focus and do not cross those lines unless it is required or

you have the right away. Vis-versa the other person focuses on their side of the road

to avoid contact with the other.

Focus is aware strategy or tactic to understand where you are at. It is a term

called multi-tasking, doing many things, focusing on many outcomes and objectives.

Today you are forced to multi-task, due to access of busy schedule, and occupied by

your job and providing food and shelter for your family. Focusing keeps your mind

together, and keep you sharp on what outcomes or objective of direction you are

heading.

You cannot succeed without focusing. You must keep yourself focused and

learn how to be aware of what you want or need. Learn how to focus your multi-

tasking by facing the outcome. Your mind is programmed to multi-task. You do not

think in one straight track, you think all over the place. What you must do is control

your thinking to focus on your objectives, which means multi-tasking organizing

your thoughts.

Embracing Failures

Embracing failures is what keeps you in the game of life. I experienced a trial

that limited me from receiving money, from the government, to go back to school. I

had put all the elements together that I thought I needed and found out that it was

way past the deadline for the requirements. Therefore, what I did was wait until

the next period and took care of what I had to do to be qualified. I had to adjust with

fire and rework my plan.

Embracing failures is a part of your life. Make success happen regardless of

what is in your way. Keep a positive mind frame and nothing can stop you. Life is a

journey - not a destination. You cannot settle for anything! And this includes

failures that you encounter. You learn through application of actions opposed to

procrastinating. Failures are caused by procrastinating. So, act now - set the tone.

Outcomes must positive in your mind, body and soul. Failure is a destructive act. It

can make or break your reactions to all things you will come up against. Look back

on all your failures and reflect on how you successfully learned from it.

Failures could be for the good and for the bad; this means growth. Sometimes

you must experience failure to be able to get you out of your comfort zone. Failures

are in your life to make sure that you are not a perfect sentient being. Funny - huh?

Strive not to be perfect, but strive to be. Furthermore, set your outcomes for

excellence. Besides, faith is built through failure. You build your self-confidence up

through every action of failure or creative energy. Dont be afraid to approach your

failures: these are your stepping stones and experiences to help you find the right

way to get those great results you are looking for. No education has an ending. Keep

Is My Time Not Important

Time is the greatest commodity. It is more important than all the money in

the world. Organize your time to create time for the things that are important to

you. Be aware of what makes you feel great about yourself. Ask yourself - is my time

not important enough for me not to reflect on how others abuse my time? Think

about it. Are you accountable for your word? Time is precious and time doesnt need

your presence. In Section One (Different Thinking) of Chapter 1, I help you focus on

the important actions you may take to help your journey.

Life is an education course in itself. Time is on your side if you would let it

be. You have 24 hours in a day and you must organize that time to fit your busy

schedule. What causes you to be so busy that you cannot focus on whats really

important? Everyone else is taken care of except the greatest sentient being that

supplies the gifts. Your time is the essence of life itself. You are existing because

there are reasons and a purpose for you to fulfill.

This systematic method is called Reflections. Take out a writing utensil and

some paper. Write Reflections on the top left corner of the page. In the right

corner, place todays date. Follow the example below as you honestly answer the

questions:

How old am I? I am 27 years old.

What are my talents and skills? My main talent is writing songs and poetry.

How many children do I have? I have three (3) beautiful children.

What music do I enjoy listening to? When alone, I play my favorite CD Earth Wind

and Fire for myself.

Keep going and do not stop for anything. If anything gets you off track, go

back to the following exercise and the section on Reflections and figure out what

went wrong. This is an attitude: keep on keeping on. No one can stop you but you

can look outside of your social structure stratifications. You are in control of your

actions and reactions. You can create or destroy and sometimes both could be

effective. Control is what you live for therefore, create it and live. Have the drive

and self-motivation to accomplish what you want in life. If it be riches or a big home

maybe your own business whatever your heart desire, you must keep on keeping

on. This is where you are building self-discipline and patience with a lot of

humbleness.

Your Sixth Step Towards Internal Riches:
Using the Highest Stimuli

The highest stimulus of your mind has been sex. Furthermore, it is the most

powerful influence of all your desires. What you have to do is utilize these stimuli

for other elements in your life. Meaning - transfer your sexual desires into other

forms of expression. Not through the physical, but by means of non-physical

expressions. You are at your best when this emotion is at work. So, why not use that

same energy for other things you do. Your Sex stimuli is used for your creativity. If

you can bring that same mind state to business or any other form, you will receive

excellence.

Your mind responds and acts upon what it may be focused on. You are in

control. You tell your body what you want to do and it will respond. Use your

strengths to develop your weakness. You are tempted to do things that you do not

want to do. Love drives you to do just about anything that you want to do. A

stimulus is energy that triggers your desire to love, care and/or destroy and kill the

passion for who or what you seek.

Humans drive humans. Therefore, the science of a woman drives a mans

passion to make or break that man. How do you transfer this special energy that

you have? You must bring the essence back to yourself and understand your habits

and emotions. A genius is within you when a vision is put to action because you are

a creature of habit. You come back to your tracks repeatedly unless someone or

something stops the habit. Sex drives the forces of your desires to an ambitious

stage of energy or synergy that powers or motivates the reflection of someone else.

As you strive to better yourself, you must know in your subconscious that

you are the greatest; you can succeed in whatever endeavor you may take on. That

small voice that whispers, You can do it is a reminder. Have you ever noticed how

highly sexed individuals are motivated and have a attractiveness that influences

others around them. Sometimes, others are insecure about someones sexual nature

and look upon them as if they are a curse to the world. Therefore, not having a

highly sexed nature could create the opposite in not influence anyone. You are not

enthusiastic about life or your love life in general. The super emotions that drive you

to full power are romance, love and sex. The mind, soul and body become all in one

to create the super emotion. These super emotions drive a man to go out his way for

Setting Seeds

Sell yourself first. Then others will respect your service or product. Believe

in your services and products and others will see that you are concerned about what

you represent. You plant the seed in the people you associate with; the product of

your environment. What you plant, mentally or physically, in someone or

something, will grow if you manage to water it. Cultivate your seeds; nourish and

grow their vision.

This same process must be done on others around you - not just on plants

that you grow in the backyard. Do not ever destroy something without having

something to replace it. This is typical when you are on the move to convert others

with your ideas. You do not realize that you are tearing down their dreams without

preparing them to put something in the vacancy.

It is simple to criticize others without thinking about their feelings and the

outcome of their situation. To grow others around you, you must set the example.

When you criticize, you criticize the act - not the person. Setting seeds is what

grows you. In five to ten years of work, the positive seed setting will show. Maybe, at

the first it may not show, but after a while it will blossom. Render free services

and watch what happens to your career.

You habitually focus your mind on what doesnt work instead of what does

work and seemingly gravitate towards the easiest road of success. There is not any

easy road to success. Your plan must have action and determination. You must know

Am I Negative or Positive

How do I react to myself? Do I keep my spirits high or low? What do I think of

myself? Am I negative or positive? These are some questions you should ask

yourself. How can I become that positive person all the time? If I had more positive

thoughts and thinking to my conscious my mind will notice the differences and

make the right choice. These two choices are right across the board. You can accept

the way you are or change the way you live. You may think that you are too old to

change now or that you are too young to be able to do something. Age does not

matter. Age is only a state of mind of where you would like to be.

Take it or leave it! This is where habits are created of negative thoughts and

youre not recognizing what you produce. You understand that what you accept, you

value it because it is what you think of yourself and the way you accept whatever

outcome. You are responsible for your results and the thoughts you let into your

mind. You have the choice of what you want and do not want. Take control over the

thoughts and words you programmed into your conscious mind.

To control your life you have to control your mind. You will become

whatever your mind chooses to dwell on the most. You cannot just accept whatever

someone tells you. You must research on your own to create faith or belief in it.

Cause and effect are the results of what you say to yourself and others. Everything

Admitting Your Faults

Standing up for your wrongdoing takes courage. Sometimes, you dont wont

to admit that you are in the wrong. You feel guilty for not committing to the truth or

someone up front. Low self-esteem is building in you every time you dont admit to

your faults. Faults are traps that hold you from growth. For example, I would want

to take the time out my day to finish this book and my faults from my past couple of

days cause me to feel guilty. This is the feeling you do not want. So, you think up

every excuse not to proceed with your accomplishments. Admitting your faults

allows you to face the truth. Instead of making others or something else feel un-

controlling, it is you thats un-controlling.

Faults are also your negative thoughts that you let come in your

subconscious mind. You must embrace self-discipline and control what you say,

think, and act on. You control your faults with the thoughts of thinking before you

react. Mentally, you are ahead of what would you do, if you were in their shoes.

Treat others how you would want to be treated. You forgot the main lesson you

were taught as a youngster. This value makes you stand out from the crowd. People

can relate to a real sentient being. Understand, that youre not perfect and therefore,

you have mess ups just like the next man or woman.

How many times do you hold your tongue for negative reasons? Faults are a

destructive art form. It limits you to go only so far in life. Your heart must store the

most positive and uplifting thoughts to give to yourself and others. Research your

subconscious mind to reprogram your thoughts and replace them with empowering

thoughts.

Opening Your Mind to Others

Your control of your mind is control of your environment. Open your mind to

others with positive thoughts. Surround yourself with people who want you to

succeed in whatever you may choose. Sometimes, you should not expect everyone to

be in your life. You use people and people use you. That sounds out of place, but is

sentient being nature. Accept it or leave it alone. Even your children use you to get

what they want. You must embrace the fact that you have to reach out to others.

Make yourself more exclusive to others. Promote yourself in order to get

more attention so that you cannot be a bad role model. This concept is called

teamwork. Your character must attract other out going people who want to be a

great reflection upon the world. Open your mind to others, listen to what people

have to say. Understanding others will make you stand out from the crowd. Sentient

nature is a social nature: all you really want is attention and someone to listen to

you every once and awhile.

Your mind is a sponge. Therefore, be careful of what others may tell you.

Open your mind to others. Help stimulate ideas and concepts to make you a more

rounded person. You must understand and know yourself before you can open your

mind to another person. Make it a habit to get out there - talk to others - and see

what they are thinking. Try to help them receive their outcomes and dreams. You

Setting the Example

What or who do you represent? Are you setting the example for yourself,

your children and others that you associate with? You have a hard time identifying,

for yourself, who or what you represent. For example, what do you want to be for

the world? Would you like to be a world influencer? Be aware of your actions. What

you look like and what you say is a reflection for others and influences what

judgments they may have of you. You even notice that a man or woman will judge

you before a word comes out your mouth. You cannot judge a book by its cover the

appearance of someone might take you by surprise.

Sometimes, in order to set the example you may have to get out of your

comfort zone. You want to get the knowledge, wisdom and experience of wanting to

be a great example for you and others. Leaders are marked everyday of their lives.

Someone is watching your every move. Therefore, you prepare yourself for

whatever invades your life.

Here is an example, find someone you believe to be a great example of a

sentient being and duplicate his/her actions. If you duplicate someone elses work,

you must put your trust into it as you become a representative of the work. You

make mistakes so be ready to embrace the criticism you may receive from your

family and friends. As you build this habit, make sure you are expressing your best

efforts and abilities. Set the example that you would want to duplicate. Positive

influence creates a positive mental outlook.

minutes a day.

How do you put it all together? You must apply yourself to getting around the

yourself? For example, place an ad in your local publication of what, when, how,

takes guts. You have to eliminate the fears in your life. Fear stops you from growth.

You cannot judge others on your own guilty insecurities. So what can you do?

The time is right now to take control of your life and focus on growth

priorities such as self-improvement and relationship communication skills with

subconscious mind by simulating the Nero thinking - meaning your impulse

thoughts to reacting to whatever habits you are applying. News and media has

influence your life, they say that you subconsciously see over 3000 ads a day. What

how to react. Instead of letting media and society feed your thinking; feed yourself

I would like you to challenge you with the following exercise.

First, find a writing tool and some paper.

I would like for you to obtain this new thought process by clearing your mind; find a

place where it is quiet outside. Imagine a stream of water or a park where the birds

are chirping and the sound of nature is one with your mind. This way you can focus

on you and your thinking. You would look for a tree or somewhere to sit down and

relax your body and soul while you are being aware of everything that is around

you. Take 10 minutes and write down all your awareness thoughts that come to

mind.

I would like you to write down this format. For example, I am aware of the

squirrel running across the grass. I am aware of the wind blowing the trees. I am

Now, I want you to go over every awareness action and write down at the end of

each sentence the senses that you used. For example, you used your feelings,

Mentorship takes a lot of self-discipline for listening to the teacher or coach. The

only benefit to learning something is to teach what you want to learn. Mentors must

give others power by authority, responsibility and accountability. Make sure you

look for a mentor or a coach that has a record of accomplishment and has fruit on

their tree. Moreover, you will live the life you really want. If you lack to plan, you

What should I expect?

My goal is create the most relaxing environment and to make you as comfortable as
possible, whether I am traveling to your home or you are traveling to the office. If
this is your first appointment please make sure to have the Health History Form filled
out. If I am traveling to a clients home, I will arrive a few minutes early to set up. I
will bring my massage table, chair, pillows and music. I will set up in whatever room
you choose. Please remember that the massage table is 6 x 3 so make sure the room
has adequate space. You will need to wear comfortable clothing and make sure your
shoes and socks are removed. If you purchased the full 60 minute session I will start
by giving your hands a 10 minute session that you will love. I will then do
reflexology on your feet for 50 minutes. When we are done I will put lotion on your
feet if you wish. If you purchased the 30 minute session I will do a reflexology
session on your feet for the 30 minutes. I will also give you a few minutes to rest
while I will fill out my documentation form. You can either talk or be silent during
the session. It is completely up to you and I will respect any decisions made by you.
If you wish to schedule another session at the end please feel free. I will then pack up
all my things and leave you to the comforts of your home.

Is there anything I need to do before or after the Reflexology session?

You need to drink PLENTY of water to flush all the toxins out of your system. If
you dont you may notice you feel a bit sluggish.

What types of payment do you accept?

Massage deals with touch all over the body with major emphasis on muscular,
circulatory and lymphatic systems. Reflexology, by working on complete reflex
maps on the feet and hands, not only helps the muscular, circulatory and lymphatic
systems, but also profoundly effects the inside of the body, such as sinuses, liver,
stomach, reproductive organs, etc In reflexology only footwear is removed with
client otherwise staying fully clothed. The Reflexologist will also only touch the feet
and hands, NOT the rest of the body.
