Health For Life, LLC – Helen A.

Bramow, MA, ND, CNC, MHt – Mar

Certified Hypnotist (CH) - 5 days
8:30 - 5:00 (8.5 hours - all days are working lunches)

Prerequisite: None.

General, beginning level course in hypnotism designed for both the non-professional and
the professional in the hypnosis field. It is a good, basic level course to learn about hypnotism and
how to perform light trance states and testing. As a professional, most people will become 'life
learners' of different hypnosis methods, although they most certainly will specialize in one or two
areas they find interesting and most helpful. The course is rated at 72.5 total hours, 42.5 are in
class, and 30 are outside work, including book reports, exercises, and actual recordings on friends
and family as 'no cost, learning sessions.' This will require the use of a simple voice recorder, and
the ability to transfer (cut or 'rip') to a cd or dvd-r. (This is all part of this basic training.)

Students who read the book, do the homework and turn in the 'trance sessions' will be awarded a
CH certificate and 1 yr free membership with the IHF, International Hypnosis Federation, however,
it is absolutely necessary to be able to:

1. Conduct the Client Interview effectively;
2. Learn the Art of Self-Hypnosis;
3. Identify Trance States; practice
4. Write Simple Hypnosis Scripts
5. How to Record the Sessions and cut CDs
