intoaccountsheardeformationandrotationalbending
effects,makingitsuitablefordescribingthebehaviourof
shortbeams,sandwichcompositebeams,orbeamssubjectto
highfrequencyexcitationwhenthewavelengthapproaches
thethicknessofthebeam.Theresultingequationisof4th
