Mushroom Stroganoff juice of two lemon wedges and mix

CLEAR THE BRAMLBES!

There is an interest in cutting a path through the brambles on the opposite side of
the meadow /picnic area at the boardwalk - the other side of the tarmac path. The
new path would just be a rough maze type allowing kids an adventurous place to
play or dog walkers an short alternative!
This little project would enable us to reveal {and release from the brambles] any
further apple, and other fruit trees in that area that may remain after it was once
the chalet eld and we can all reach next Autumns blackberries!

BROAD AND LITTLE HAVEN WI
We were delighted to have so many guests at our
January meeting held at Broad Haven Village Hall.
Our speaker for the evening was Simon Hancock. We
all enjoyed an informative talk about The History of
Haverfordwest with 30 artefacts.
Simon is curator of Haverfordwest town museum
and we will denitely be having a trip in April when it opens. Joan gave
the vote of thanks, and tea and cake were served by Linda and Marion.
Resolutions were discussed, and members were asked to bring
any spare toiletries to the next meeting which will be donated
to the Womens Refuge in Haverfordwest. We would also be
grateful for any ideas for our 70th birthday which is this year.
Our next meeting is on February 14th at Broad haven Village Hall 7pm.
Our guest is Sue Kendall who will be giving us a Willow Basket
demonstration. Competition - Hearts made from wood or willow.

Recipes
Goats Cheese Frittata whites separated, both sliced 1
Preparation time - less than 30 mins green pepper, deseeded and chopped
Cooking time - less than 10 mins into small chunks 140g pineapple,
Serves 2 chopped into bite-sized chunks 3
Ingredients 4 free-range eggs 1 tbsp Thai green curry paste 4 tsp
tbsp fresh thyme few basil leaves light soy sauce, plus extra to serve
50g/1oz butter, plus extra for frying 300g cooked basmati rice (brown,
100g/3oz spinach (a large handful) white or a mix - about 140g uncooked
150g/5oz goats cheese, sliced 1 rice) 2 large eggs, beaten 140g
tsp chopped rosemary frozen peas 225g can bamboo
