Senior Project

I have been working with Mason for the past several months as he has developed, implemented, and
analyzed his senior project. Mason used his time in class, as well as in individual psychotherapy, to learn
the relationship between physical exercise and mood. He did an excellent job in applying material
learned both in school and in therapy to his project.

I am very impressed with Mason's ability to use his real-life experiences to better understand classroom
material and the concepts of psychology. He was persistent, interested, and motivated. I believe he has
learned a great deal from this experiential project.
