Subject: Letter of Recommendation for Sarah Jacobs

To Whom it May Concern,
I have known Sarah Jacobs for many years living in the same neighborhood;
but for the past (3) three years as a member of our high school FIRST Robotics Club,
Team 5203 the Volatile Chaos Inhibitors; of which I am a mentor. Sarah is a student
leader on our team and has been a very integral part of not only our teams day to
day activities but also on our teams overall development. Sarah joined our team
with very little relevant experience, but very quickly learned all aspects of building
and running a FIRST robot, as well as running a successful team. Sarah has been a
member of our drive team (team responsible for driving the robot during FIRST
competitions) for all (3) years; first as our lead driver for her first (2) two years, and
as our lead coach this year. She has been instrumental in teaching other students
what she has learned and is helping to develop depth in our team. Sarah has
demonstrated an ability to learn very quickly, she is self-motivated and stays very
calm under pressure, she is energetic and a joy to be around.

Aside from Robotics, I know that Sarah is dual enrolled in our local high school
(Merdian Early College High School) and our local community college (Delta College)
and has maintained a high GPA in both. She also participated in a very selective
research internship last summer through the DSSEC at Saginaw Valley State
University.

I would have no reservations, in recommending Sarah in any capacity she
chooses to pursue in her future.

Sincerely,
Robb Webber
