 Created SharePoint workflows that identified user changes and
automatically sent out approval requests based on case-criteria.
 Performed internal audits on document control and inventory accuracy
using Excel to analyze audit performance and create chart comparisons.
 Developed a Work Order SQL Report that was able to analyze expected
inventory flow using deviations of forecasting and historical
consumption.
 Used PowerBI and SSRS (SQL Service Reporting Services) to make
over 15 reports available for different operational departments.
 Created a new Returns process to automate system processing by RMA
and make testing data available.
