installation or the activation, ensure you have all the Windows XP updates before contacting Technical Support. If you are still
experiencing problems and FS doesn’t start; uninstall the product from Windows XP control panel and contact Technical
Support at http://forum.fscloud9.it If, after the de-installation, you still have problem starting FS, manually delete the files
“bglman.dll” and “bglman.dat” installed in your "Flight Simulator 9\Modules" folder.
