greatest need especially in rural areas.

Agenda 21 is the agreement of the environmental protection worldwide that needs to pressing
a problem. The aim is to prepare the world challenge of the next century and generations. It
was an effort to make acknowledge the responsibility of sustainable development to save the
world as the green world. By this Agenda 21 that have four section that include social and
economic dimensions, conservation and management of resources, strengthening the role of
major group and lastly means of the implementation. Also, they need to facing the problem
that need amount of funding to implement this agenda.
