This document summarizes a case study on the evaluation and management of pediatric sialoblastoma. It describes a case of a 5-month old male patient presenting with a rapidly growing malignant and recurrent sialoblastoma of the left parotid gland. Imaging showed the large tumor had extended into surrounding structures. The patient received neoadjuvant chemotherapy and underwent surgical resection, but later developed recurrence. A literature review identified 62 previous pediatric sialoblastoma cases. Surgical excision was the primary treatment, while some patients experienced metastasis or recurrence. Guidelines are proposed based on the experience and literature.
