AI AIESEC International The global-level leadership/management group for all
of the AIESEC countries, comprised of the PAI and

IGN Iberoamerica Growth A collection of AIESEC countries that are grouped in

LTT Local training team A tem in charge of the learning environments of the LC
MC Member Committee The national-level leadership/management group in
each AIESEC country, comprised of the MCP and
MCVPs
MCP Member Committee The president of each AIESEC country

MCVP Member Committee Vice- The person responsible for a specific functional area on

NST National Support Team The group of people responsible for providing support

NATCO National congress The national event where new MC takes over and other

NPM National planning The congress where the MC is elected, the new EBs
meeting take over and the LCs plan
OC Organising Committee The group responsible for managing the logistics of a
conference, comprised of the OCP and OCVPs or OC
members
OCP Organising Committee The president of an OC

OGX Outgoing Exchange The exchange function of AIESEC that deals with
recruiting ST members here and sending them to
internships in other countries.
OPS Out going preparation The one weekend event made in Colombia to prepare
seminar the EP for the exchange
P-BOX Project Based on A project made up of both learning and exchange,
Exchange themed around a particular issue (it is not a P-BOX
until exchange has taken place)
PAI President of AIESEC The president of AIESEC for the global association
International
PD People Development The people function of AIESEC that is combines both
HR and the learning part of OGX/L
PGS Personal Goal Setting The process of each member setting a personal vision,
and long- and short-term goals
PM President Meeting The seminar where the LCPs or MCPs meet
RTC Regional Training conference
SOGA State of the Global A report on the results and current activities for

SONA State of the National A report on the results and current activities for

ST Short Term Member A member of AIESEC who will go on an internship
within a semester or year of first joining, and thus be
involved in the LC here for a short time
TM Talent Management The new name for People Development (PD); in
Norway this is the people function of AIESEC that deals
with induction, training and the learning environment
TN or TN Traineeship Nominee Outdated term for an organisation that is employing an

members become actively involved in and responsible

WENA Western Europe & North GN comprised of all AIESEC countries in Western
