My implementation plan let me now that I was very weak in the fall and got stronger throughout the year.
This is first year in this position and I receive clarity on my role when I went to meeting and was able to
collaborate with others CCS. I can definitely add to my action plan for next year by focusing on my
modeling and collaboration skills in the fall with my teachers. I need to do more planning on how to
address the teachers on my campus from the beginning so I will not have to do more modeling near the
end of the school year. This modeling in the fall will assist teachers early on in the school year. If I have
this opportunity on next year I will definitely do a lot of things differently.
