The Ervin Hypnosis Center is dedicated to helping people succeed in reaching their maximum potential through the use of hypnosis. Each person is unique and requires individual attention. Hypnotist Richard Ervin consults with the client to understand the issue and tailor the session to fit the individual's need. Richard studied hypnosis while working on his undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Memphis.  His studies continued while pursing his Masters degree in Management and Human Relations at Webster College.  Richard later attended the Southern Institute of Hypnosis to complete the course work required to gain his certification and the title of Master Hypnotist.

I approach diet like I approach religion — there is an element of truth to them all. Just like I have evolved my spiritual practice into an interfaith, metaphysical point of view, I intuitively integrate what the various diets have to offer to feed my mind, body, and spirit. Therefore, this cookbook has something to offer for fish and fowl-eaters, vegetarians, vegans, raw foodists, and soul foodaholics, to name a few.

become who you really are
Creating what you want in life (as well as what you don’t) happens from the inside out. This means that it is what you believe deep down in your DNA and memory that creates the events in your life. It is not really about the economy, the other people or events that sabotage you. It is ALL ABOUT YOU. Allow me to help you transform what is in the way of fulfilling your wishes. You can manifest what you desire or something even better. Belinda Womack communicates with the wounded child within you that you do not hear or understand but that blocks your way to creating happiness in any given situation such as relationship, finances, career, health, self-worth and much more. She invites you to join her on an evolutionary journey to reclaim the riches and success that are your destiny.

From the Editor

Happiness
We all want it. Some of us spend years looking for it in the bottom of empty bottles, relationships, family, careers, or hobbies only to finally figure out happiness isn’t something that can be manufactured or produced. It must be perceived in the mind and felt in the heart. For centuries, people have searched for a magical elixir or holy grail that would suddenly make their lives more joyful and exuberant. Sex, money, success all appear to be the winning ticket to a happy life. But once most people have these things, they often realize true happiness is something with a more intrinsic value. The ethereal nature of happiness is something that exists only within and can not be found outside one’s self. While each of us have the DNA mapping and imprint of happiness deep inside our psyche, few of us understand how to incorporate happiness fully into our daily lives. It’s the little things... For me, the easiest way to bring happiness into my daily life is by honoring and recognizing the simple pleasures. Kissing my husband good morning just before he opens his eyes for the first time, brings a smile to my face. Watching my kids swim at night as the lights flicker across the water. Gazing at our goldfish as they eat rocks for no apparent reason adds a joyful pleasure to my day. What things bring you pure unadulterated joy that when you engage in their goodness you just can’t help but smile? Indulging in these things are what true happiness really is. Being able to allow yourself pleasure, smiles, goodness, and peace is the secret recipe for happiness that people have sought throughout the ages. Like the earlier explorers in search of adventure, you too can find your own treasure without ever leaving your own back yard by reconnecting to your feelings and allowing a simple breeze of gratitude and joy to overwhelm your soul. The more you do this, the more you’ll feel happiness and the more happiness will come to you. If you open yourself to knowing and experiencing happiness on a regular basis, you’ll find that the lessons which lead you to greater joy and a more fulfilling life are all around you. Happiness will come to you even when you least expect it.

After shopping in Harris Teeter, a local grocery store, an older woman struck up a conversation with me as I was headed out the door with my groceries. She said, “You’d better get home and get out of the rain! It’s supposed to be a BIG storm tonight! There’s gonna be a really bad tornado.” “O really? I didn’t know that!” I responded. “Yeah, it’s supposed to be BAD! But you know! If I had to be trapped somewhere, a grocery store would be the best place to be! I could eat all I wanted too and there would be NO chance of me going hungry,” she exclaimed! Giving her statement some thought, I said, “ You know you’re right! Harris Teeter is the best place to be stranded, if you’ve got to be stranded somewhere! They really do have EVERYTHING you need!” “True! You know I always try to look on the brighter side of life,” she explained. “I always try to look on the brighter side of life” were profound parting words that this stranger left with me. I always suspect that people who I am standing beside in lines at the grocery store or other public spaces who teach me incredible lessons are actually angels in disguise. Whether angel or mortal, she has given me a perfect gift to share with you. Happiness is always present. The quickest way to bring happiness into the present, especially when you’re faced with difficulty, problems, or issues is to do exactly what this wonderful angel does: look on the brighter side of life. No matter what you are going through there is always a brighter side. In fact, after the storm we always experience a rainbow. The rain from the storm waters and replenishes the earth feeding the deer, rabbits, birds, trees, flowers, and us. We need the rain that the storm brings and once it’s over we can see the rainbow. What if we could see the rainbow during the storm? How different would our lives be if we could always see the brighter side of life and always invite happiness into our existence? Try doing just that today. Try looking at a situation you are experiencing which isn’t exactly going as you planned it. Visualize a different outcome. Visualize the experience as you would like for it to be without wishful thinking, but from a place of trust, faith and belief. Then open your heart to gratitude as you become aware that things are happening exactly as they should. Look for the brighter side of life as you realize all of the wonderful things this experience is bringing to you in the form of growth and conscious evolution simply for having appeared as it is in your life. This is just one simple way to invite happiness into your life. Whisper a silent ‘Thank you’ to the universe for allowing you to have this experience and know in your heart that all is well. Infinitely yours,
