Lightweight Worldwide, producing wells are declining at an increasing rate,
requiring artificial lifting just to maintain current production levels.
Benefits Additionally, most oil and gas companies find themselves facing:
Generation of reports of well status An Increasing volume of data to collect, synchronize and analyze
during specific period of time
Reliable and auditable production data and results
providing visibility into operations
Rugged design capable of operating The ability to share and distribute data securely
in demanding environments
Rockwell Automation helps you address these challenges with our
Expandable to handle additional vMonitor offerings. These innovative monitoring and control solutions
inputs/outputs such as water cut
for wellhead and upstream applications combine cutting-edge wireless
and flow meters
instrumentation and communication with visualization software.
Real time well problem detection
including high and low current One of these offerings, the vMonitor Optilift-ESP, senses your wellhead
consumption, high and low torque and the other operating variables of an Electric Submersible Pump
and uneven downhole pressure, system on site. With Optilift-ESP, you have access to real-time data,
low fluid level, etc. both at the well site and remotely, giving you instant visibility into your
operation. It performs basic initial analysis, allowing you to adjust the
pumping conditions and keep the system working as expected. At the
same time, the data is recorded and can be easily gathered for further
analysis. Intelligent alarms are incorporated based on pump differential
pressure, current consumption, estimated flow and electric equipment
condition, providing real-time well problem alerts.
