Payroll (India):
< PY organization: Created PY areas, PY Control Record, Period Parameters,
PY periods and Modifiers and generated PY calendar.
< PY Administration: Configured Pay scale structures with the elements PY
type, PY area, pay scale group, pay scale levels.
< Configured and maintained features such as ABKRS-default payroll area,
LGMST-default wage types and TARIF-defaults the pay scale type & area.
< Creation of customer specific wage types from the model wage types as
payments, deductions for relevant wage type groups.
< Defined WT permissibility per PSA and ESG, Created employee sub-groups
for the collective agreement provision
< Configured new Off-Cycle Reasons w.r.t Off-cycle category and Payroll
Type.
< Configuration of Basic Pay (0008), Recurring payments and deductions
(0014), Additional payments and deductions (0015) infotypes.
< Maintained the Processing classes, Cumulation classes, Evaluation classes
and their specifications as per requirement.
< Maintained the wage types for the absence valuation (paid & unpaid) and
defined the counting classes for the absences in T554E.
< Extensively worked on Schemas, Functions and PCRs.
Organization Management:
< Created & Maintained objects like Org Units, Jobs, Positions, Task
Catalog and Work center using Expert Mode and Simple Maintenance and
integrated all of these into the initial Enterprise Organizational
Structure.
< Assigned the Relationships among the objects.
< Maintained the Number Ranges for the Organizational Units and Positions.
< Maintained the Plan Version.
< Integrated the Personnel Administration with Organizational Management
with the integration Switch PLOGI ORGA in T77S0.
< Involved in Integration with PA by using reports like RHINTE00, RHINTE10,
RHINTE20, and RHINTE30.
Personnel Administration:
< Determined and maintained the basic setting for PA
< Defined the Enterprise Structure, Personnel Structure and Pay Scale
Structure for the enterprise and linked the Pay Scale and Enterprise
Structures.
< Configured user parameters and the number range intervals for personnel

< Configuring individual personnel numbers for the various assignments
given to employees in creating personnel action and reasons for actions
as per the enterprise requirement
< Customized personnel actions and customized the reason for change in
personnel actions
< Created defaults for Master data configuration using features ABKRS,
PINCH, VDSK1, TARIF, LGMST and for Master Data Infotypes.
