~BUSINESS MEETING~
The meeting was called to order by
President Kevin Reneau, back in our
regular room at SMC. The Thought for the
Day was offered by Vicki Devlin, who also
led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Guests today were: Speaker Ted Klauber
and his wife Jasmine, Linda Campbell,
Mary Caburi, Ann Damaschino, Clyde
Wilson, Leslie Lynch, Lou Roessler,
and Joyce Ellenberg. John Erickson,
out of long habit, introduced his Ace of
Hearts, Rotarian Mary Sue Erickson.
~ANNOUNCEMENTS~
Angelo Costanza, Rotary Bocce
Captain, has scheduled a bocce practice
and bocce instruction. Please let him
know that you will attend. We expect four
teams this year in the tournament on
Saturday, May 20. Last year, one of our
teams placed third overall, and collected
trophies for it.
Rich Render announced an e-waste
collection at the Moraga Center on
Saturday April 29. Newer members are
encouraged to sign up and find out we
really do some easy projects too. Coffee,
donuts, and happy hour beverages will be
available.
