Responsibilities by Function

Financial Management

Direct annual budgeting and planning process for the organization's annual budget with ED

Develop and manage annual budget

Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance
against budget, financial and operational goals. Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial

Managing day to day processing of accounts receivable and payable using QuickBooks, producing
reports as requested.

Reconciling monthly activity, generating year-end reports, and fulfilling tax related requirements.

Assisting Executive Director and Board in creating annual organizational budget and monitoring cash

Managing grantor contracts and reimbursement requests.

Maintaining Intersection's archival and administrative files.

Administering payroll and employee benefits and organizational insurance.

Ensure that Accounting Department requests are resolved and communicated in a timely manner to
internal and external parties.

Develop long-range forecasts and maintain long-range financial plans.

Develop, maintain and monitor all fundraising and accounting systems and procedures capturing all
pledges, billings and receipts and for the recording of all revenue transactions, recommend and
implement improvements to systems.

Prepare annual audit and be a liaison with all outside vendor.

Organizational Effectiveness

Manage functions.

Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function

Production Planner



Liaises with sales division to determine customer requirements

Approves materials, costs, manufacturing equipment, and the size of workforce needs to manufacture

Develops a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet

Liaises with customers, suppliers, the human resources department, and maintenance employees to

Production Worker


General Description:

Must be mechanically inclined and good with hand tools.

Be able to learn such skills as brazing, soldering, wiring and insulating.
Be able to learn how to prep and assemble units.
Must be able to read and understand the weekly schedule and hot sheet.
Must be willing to be cross-trained and move to other areas when

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assure that the weekly schedule is completed.

Assure that work practices are in the guidelines of OSHA standards.
Maintain a constant visual on parts and supplies stored on the shop
Fill out low stock notices and assist purchasing with reordering.
Keep work areas clean and organized.

Productions workers usually need a high school diploma or equivalency, although some more technical
positions may require specialized training.
Some companies hire applicants with no experience but others seek those with practice, good
references, and relevant training.
Aside from the skill tests noted above, Production Workers may need to have or be willing to acquire
skills in blueprint reading, forklift operation, testing, or machinery operations if required by the job.

Production QA/QC Engineer


Duties and Responsibilities:

The following duties and responsibilities have been determined to be essential to the successful performance of
this position.

Develop and maintain the QA Plan and existing Manual.

Follow up QA Procedures implementation.
Communicate to respective team the QA System and monitor the implementation.
Identify non conformances and take preventive and corrective actions.
Lead non-conformance investigation with the relevant departments.
Promote to the team initiatives related to Quality
Assist in setting yearly Quality Objectives and Key Performance Indicators.
Assists as necessary the Engineering department in the evaluation and correction of specific quality
control problems and issues.
Performs QA/QC Checks, audits and reviews
Manage the continuous Quality training, assessment and human factors of the staff Maintain the
Quality file system
Performs all other duties, tasks and initiatives contributing to the success of the company


The QA/QC Engineer must be able to meet these minimum qualifications to successfully fulfill the essential
responsibilities and accountabilities of the position.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Quality related field.


- Candidate should have a minimum of three year experience in simillar role.

- Extensive knowledge of GCAA/EASA/FAA certification requirements, rules and regulations.

Production Supervisor


Title : Shift Supervisor
Reports to : Production Supervisor
Direct reports : Maintenance Technician, Inspector, Goods in/Fork Lift and Machine Operators
Job Purpose : To manage the shift and all direct staff. To ensure the smooth running of the
production process. To ensure that all products are produced to the specified
specifications. Target and deadlines are met to achieve the orders. To ensure
that all direct staff comply with the companys Health and Safety procedures

Key Responsibilities

To take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production and
quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes
To take full responsibility of the quality and product that is produced within the shift in line with the
companies quality systems, processes and procedures
Manage, develop and motivate direct reporting staff
Monitor, measure and report on production related process performance, general issues
To ensure good communication is given either verbally or written to all members of staff
To ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift and all matters
relating to this are dealt with using the resources within the company in line with the companies Health
and Safety policy
Problem solving and troubling shooting skills are used to ensure that all team members can identify
root causes and take fast effective action to resolve the problems in hand
To work closely with other Shift Supervisors to ensure production handovers are effective
communications tools

Production Maintenance


Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance

requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines;
following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering
specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems;
using precision measuring and testing instruments.
Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools;
examining form and texture of parts.
Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts; using rules,
calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs,
and straightedges.
Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques;
monitoring compliance.
Fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level;
anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and

A degree is not an essential requirement to become a maintenance engineer but many candidates do
have a BEng in a relevant subject such as:
electrical and electronic engineering;
manufacturing engineering;
mechanical engineering;
production engineering.
