JENIS PENTAKSIRAN
Lazimnya terdapat 3 jenis pentaksiran yang
biasanya kita panggil ujian dengan tujuan
dan fungsi yang berbeza:

Diagnostik

Formatif

Sumatif
PENTAKSIRAN DIAGNOSTIK

Ujian diagnostik berfungsi untuk mengukur


daerah/domain kelemahan murid secara terperinci.

Melalui ujian ini, guru dapat mengenal pasti apakah


masalah sebenar murid di peringkat awal PdP.

Hal ini secara tidak langsung akan memudahkan


guru merancang kejayaan program Pemulihan kelak.
PENTAKSIRAN FORMATIF
Ujian formatif ujian bersifat berterusan, iaitu semasa PdP sedang dijalankan.

Tujuannya mengenal pasti sejauh mana pelajar telah dapat atau menerima apa yang
diajar (blok-blok komponen tertentu kurikulum)
DAN/ATAU
Mengenal pasti kelemahan yang wujud dalam PdP (kaedah/strategi/bahan
bantuan/rujukan)

Dapatan ujian formatif boleh memberi maklumat kepada guru untuk memperbaiki
kelemahan dalam pengajaran atau mengulangi strategi/kaedah pengajaran yang betul
dan memberi tumpuan yang lebih pada mana-mana komponen kurikulum yang
menimbul kesulitan kepada pelajar.

Ujian formatif penting dalam membantu untuk memperbaiki pembelajaran pelajar


(assessment to improve learning)

Contoh ujian formatif ialah ujian yang guru beri di bilik darjah seperti ujian ringkas, kuiz,
kerja rumah, pertanyaan secara spontan dan verbal, dll.
PENTAKSIRAN SUMATIF
Ujian sumatif - ujian yang dijalankan di akhir sesuatu blok kurikulum/tau
program.

Ia bertujuan untuk mendapatkan maklumat tentang pencapaian atau apa


yang berjaya digarap secara keseluruhannya oleh pelajar, selepas tamat
tempoh PdP blok kurikulum tertentu.

Juga digunakan untuk mengetahui setakat mana keberkesanan atau


pencapaian objektif sesuatu program yang telah dijalankan.

Ujian sumatif juga diguna untuk tujuan persijilan. Contoh ujian sumatif ialah
ujian pada peperiksaan UPSR, PMR, SPM dan STPM.

Technology can help teachers track and assess their


students' -- as well as their own -- performance in the
classroom EASILY and QUICKLY.

Can also be used to facilitate learning


between/among students and teachers and to create
digital records of student growth that can easily be
passed along from grade to grade.

EXAMPLES OF FREE ASSESSMENT TOOLS
Edmodo - The safest and easiest way for educators to connect and collaborate with students, parents, and each
other.

ForAllRubrics This software is free for all teachers and allows you to import, create and score rubrics on your
iPad, tablet or smartphone. You can collect data offline with no internet access, compute scores automatically
and print or save the rubrics as a PDF or spreadsheet.

BubbleSheet An app that allows students to complete assignments and common assessments using an iPhone
or iPad Quizzes up to 10 questions are free.

SMART Response VE (for SMARTboards) A cloud-based software that enables students to respond to planned
and spontaneous questions and take quizzes using any of their favorite Internet-enabled devices, from anywhere.

Socrative Engaging exercises and games that engage students using smartphones, laptops and tablets.

Google Forms A Google Drive app that allows you to create documents that students can collaborate on in real
time using smartphones, tablets and laptops.

I>Clicker A device that helps facilitate all student response to polls, questions and other teacher-led discussions.

Mentimeter Allows you to use mobile phones or tablets to vote on any question a teacher asks, increasing
student engagement.

PollDaddy Quick and easy way to create online polls, quizzes and questions. Students can use smartphones,
tablets, and computers to provide their answers and information can be culled for reports.
