1 kg Pork kasim (shoulder) 2 pcs Tanglad (Lemon

In a small sauce pan, combine water, Mama Sita's Biglang
Sinigang (Tamarind paste), tanglad, and pandan. Bring to a

Boil ribs in just enough water to cover it intil it becomes
tender. Drain. Marinate in Mama Sita's Barbecue Marinade for
30 minutes. Preheat over at 180C (350F). Bake ribs for 20 DIRECTIONS:

In a bowl, combine pieces of meat and Mana Sita's Barbecue
Marinade. Marinate for at least 3 hours. If using shrimp,
scallops, calamari or fish fillet, marinate for just 10 minutes.
When ready to grill, skew meat with bamboo sticks. Grill over
live charcoal about 2-3 minutes on each side or to desired
doneness. Brush occasionally with the marinade mixed with
cooking oil.
