Philosophy
I believe education paves the way for a child's future. I will create an educational
environment that works to find each individual child's path and encourages a life-long love of
learning. Using the arts, I will engage students in their work and create a safe place where
students can be themselves. Students will work together in my classroom to become
interdependent and gain social skills that promote respectful and positive behavior. Above all, I
want my students to develop a growth mindset that will prepare them for a lifetime of success.
