The vacation plan is very generous for fulltime employees across the board. The initial vacation of 1.5
weeks was a fair and generous assesment because of the 75 employees that it is being distributed to.
I was more generous with the senior employees because of the leadership role and the seniority with
the company. I think the vacation days and salary increase have a great correlation. Remaining
employees see a 30k jump in salary and half a week vacation added on. The senior mnager had a 50k
salary increase so i correlated a week extra vacation along with the raise. The senior officers recieve
an extra week vacation based on the 75k salary increase. For senior officers, it is pretty standard to
have a month off for your senior leaders so this layout stays competitive with other companies as well
