Out of respect for our host and her neighbors there is absolutely no parking at the site for participants. We are asking people to park at the SHUTTLE POINT Sunrise Center (645 Tamalpais Drive, Corte Madera 94925).

We will start shuttling people as early as 7:30 AM, with the last shuttle leaving at 8:15 am sharp. We will return people to their cars at the end of the day. If you absolutely must come or leave at a different time, you can either use a taxi, or drive to the site, but there is to be NO participant parking on Playa Verde, even if space is available. There is limited parking on the larger road ± Paradise Drive. Please park ONLY in the pull-outs about a ¼ mile away, do not park in front of any neighbor¶s houses. The address is #6 Playa Verde in Tiburon, CA 94920. You will have to walk a bit if you are driving in. Review The Whole of 4YG: ³Send Us Your Elephants!´ (See Form To Complete in Appendix 3) o For any new enterprise to work, it can¶t just float on a sea of good intentions. It has to start out as, or rapidly become, ³A Whole Thing made of Whole Things´ simply because if ³The Whole´ is full of ³Holes´ it just won¶t float. In this context a ³Hole´ is an ³Entropy Sink´ ± something that drains, reduces or pulls part of The Whole Thing, or even the whole of The Whole Thing down. Four Years Go is a very ³Wholesome Idea´, but not yet a ³Whole & Substantial Thing´ in its own right. If 4YG were a ship, we all know that it started its voyage with some ³Holes´ in it and that this has produced a certain lack of clarity, various misunderstandings. And these gaps, these areas of lack, have in turn prevented ³The Whole Thing´ from being all it could have been by this time. So we are asking you to also Review The Whole of 4YG and ³Send Us Your Elephants!´ ± tell us:       o What you think needs to be improved Where the ³Holes´ seem to be ± what isn¶t there that should be ± gaps, errors or omissions you see that we might have missed What you think these ³Causes of Entropy´ are ± what has produced the ³Holes´ or if you¶re not seeing outright holes, any areas of weakness that need to be fortified. APPENDIX 1 [ Notes Sent Out When Organising Of The 4YG First Gathering Was Just Commencing ]

Introduction:
We are all aware that we are a bunch of people from all over the world who are investing individually and collectively in a process of Conscious Evolution, with regards to the birthing and nurturing of Four Years. Go. We also know that we are doing so in order that this may become a Whole & Viable Entity in its own right. It is therefore important for each of us to be completely clear about the Evolutionary Journey of 4YG, ie: a) b) c) d) e) f) What it started as What it is now What it would like to evolve into. [consciously be] What it is actually becoming. [consciously or unconsciously] Whether (c) and (d) above are one and the same And if (c) and (d) above are ever NOT the same what we want to do about that, ie: i. Bring things into alignment with (c) and go down the road originally envisioned. ii. Keep going along the road that (d) is taking is along [Because it is better than (c ) ] iii. Choose not to go down (c) or (d ) and instead, take a different path that would be better than (c) or (d). The above is the generic overview of the different stages on the actual / possible Evolutionary Journey of any human enterprise, and specifically with regard to 4YG this: 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) Started as an IDEA (A Conceptual Entity) Became an IMPERATIVE (Still A Conceptual Entity that was eager to be born as a MESSAGE) Launched itself as a CAMPAIGN (Shifted from Conceptual Entity and started to FORM a Tangible Entity) Envisions itself to be a MOVEMENT (Like an acorn wants to be an oak tree) Is invited [by Heaven] to become an ORGANISM (As an oak tree can seed and grow a forest) Which can potentially integrate into the larger ECOSYSTEM and thus be part of a whole network of diverse, autonomous, and integrous Making The World A Better Place organisms, each of which is working AUTHENTICALLY and that means working: a. Truly In Unison with and as part of The Infinitely Conscious Godflow of Love ).

As 4YG embarks on this Conscious Evolutionary Journey there are some vitally important points to note. Point 1: There is absolutely NO guarantee that 4YG will complete this journey just because it is a good idea which a lot of very nice people agree with and which they all want to see happen.

This is a journey which many attempt, but not all make. Just like sperm following their IMPERATIVE to fertilise an egg, or like salmon following their IMPERATIVE to return to their spawning grounds. These Birthing New Life journeys take place in a real world environment which has three determining factors going on all at the same time, and these three factors are: Synergy Energy Entropy Being Able To Work Together & SEE: Synergy, Energy, Entropy: A. If we do work truly in unison with each other, and we also work CONSCIOUSLY with the infinitely conscious Godflow of Love, then we will be working, AUTHENTICALLY both individually and collectively, as Angels of SYNERGY . We will thereby create a Whole & Viable Entity that is much greater than merely the sum of its constituent parts. B. Conversely, if we do NOT truly work in unison with each other, and we try to follow our own personal agendas, desires, fantasies etc., then we will be placing ourselves in an UNCONSCIOUS position that is outside of the infinitely conscious Godflow of Love. If any or all of us do this, then those of us who do so will be working ARTIFICIALLY as Agents of ENTROPY . o If all of us do B , then that would result in us co-creating a completely Hollow & Illusory Entity that is much less than the sum of its constituent parts. It would be, A Nothing in Something s Clothing .  o And co-creating this will take a lot of ENERGY.

If some of us do B , but the rest of us allow that to happen (Consciously or Unconsciously) then that would result in us co-creating a relatively Hollow & Illusory Entity that is much less than the sum of its constituent parts. It would be A Something in the clothing of Something More Than It Is .  And co-creating this will also take a lot of ENERGY.

It is fair to say that it would take much less ENERGY to do A than it would to do any version of B, and in fact working with SYNERGY and doing things SYNERGETICALLY is not a spending of energy , it is an investing of energy , because ultimately, sooner or later, this approach produces MORE ENERGY than it uses. It is also fair to say that it would take less ENERGY to co-create A Something in the clothing of a Something More Than It Is than it would to co-create A Nothing in Something s Clothing . However, the point is that ultimately doing either of these is a spending of energy a waste of time, effort and resources. And that would be either a complete waste of time, effort and resources or a relative waste of time, effort and resources.

Now the following is what happens when a bunch of very nice and genuinely well meaning people decide to do some kind of work together in order to manifest any type of Lets Make The World A Better Place thing that really is a Heavenly Idea, but which, nonetheless, can only be born through collaborative effort:
o o o o Heaven holds out an IDEA as a Divinely Conscious Conceptual Entity. Many people around the world are able to touch the IDEA A few people within that group who can touch it are also able to grasp the IDEA The people who really grasp the IDEA are then INSPIRED by the Divine Consciousness of it.  Some of these people have ENERGY for this in the form of the enthusiasm to TRANSFORM this Conceptual Entity into a Tangible Entity. Some of these people have ENERGY for this in the form of the capabilities to TRANSFORM this Conceptual Entity into a Tangible Entity Some of these people have ENERGY for this in the form of the resources to TRANSFORM this Conceptual Entity into a Tangible Entity  

Preparing For & Embarking On: The Journey of Conscious Evolution Together: To get the job done, to make the journey with SYNERGY, then: The people with enthusiasm, capabilities and resources get together. They SEE that they genuinely do have enough enthusiasm, capabilities and resources to give them a good chance of making the journey that is calling to them. They set off on that journey. They embark on their New Oregon Trail . But before setting off, part of becoming able to SEE normally includes confirming capabilities, such as: Learning as much about the terrain ahead as they can. Learning skills they know they are going to need for the journey itself. Learning skills they know they are going to need for the time they reach their destination. And when the people have gone through that learning process, when they have confirmed capabilities and they really can SEE that between them they genuinely do have the necessary enthusiasm, capabilities and resources to give them a fair chance of making it to the promised land, then they saddle up, hitch their wagons, load supplies and set off on their New Oregon Trail . Such a group is clearly a well prepared group, but as we all know: Failing to prepare is preparing to fail

Because what often happens is this:
A bunch of people who really have grasped some Heaven Sent IDEA, and have genuinely been inspired by this, are full of enthusiasm to set out on some Journey of Conscious Evolution . They know, without a shadow of a doubt [and they are right], that embarking on such a Journey of Conscious Evolution will take them plus a whole heap of other people to some Promised Land to some Better World For All Who Make The Journey . They may even realise that this Better World can only be born through sincere and appropriate and timely co-creation by everyone on the journey. And the initial bunch of people start ATTRACTING other people, and soon there is a real energy to the IDEA in fact, it is now no longer just an IDEA . It is now an IMPERATIVE! Everybody is eager to set off. New Oregon here we come! They can wait no longer, the IMPERATIVE is so strong, and they all set off as happy as jay birds. At first they move along together, but something strange starts to happen. Levels of contentment drop. Some folk drop out and just leave. And other folk start asking questions, like: o o o o o o o So, exactly where are we going, and how do we get there? What s this new community we are going to form going to look like? How s it supposed to work on its own, and as part of the wider environment? How are we going to map and measure this journey? How will we know if we are going in the right direction? How will we know how far we have come? Who s in charge here?

No answer. So the whole Wagon Train stops, and somebody from the initial group says. o Hmm. Maybe we should get the answers to those questions before we go any further.

The Gathering Of The Clan: If any of the above sounds vaguely familiar, it is because this is precisely what has happened with Four Years. Go. It s called, Premature Embarkation and unless it keeps happening every time it s not serious, it s nothing to worry about, and actually it s extremely common when a bunch of very nice, completely sincere and genuinely well meaning people set off on any kind of Life Affecting Journey with: Lots of enthusiasm But not enough of the right capabilities And not enough of the right resources The group has simply set off on its journey in a haphazard way in a rush instead of setting off in an appropriate way and timely fashion.
Definition of Haphazard: adj. adv. Dependent upon or characterized by mere chance or fortuity By chance; casually.

Definition of RUSH (in this context) Running Unclearly Sabotaging Health

And you can only set off in an appropriate and timely way when everyone on the journey can SEE that they are ready, and SEE what is happening, and SEE at least in their mind s eye what they are committing to. So now we have a Gathering of The Clan team-clarity event planned for the end of July, which is basically happening in order to empower us all to: See what we each need to see, in order to give us confidence to embark on this journey with 4YG. Ensure that together we have the appropriate levels of enthusiasm, capabilities, and resources. Enable ourselves to work individually and collectively as Angels of Synergy .

Purpose, Focus & Intent of The 4YG Gathering:
Purpose: In addition to the above, in order to understand the Purpose of The 4YG Gathering, it is important to appreciate that this gathering will be, inevitably, a living thing in its own right. Thus in addition to their own individual levels of consciousness and amazingness, the folk that gather together will congregate a Group Consciousness. Therefore, I suggest that the Purpose of the gathering is: To facilitate a raising of our own individual levels of consciousness, and Personal Genius and To make it easy for us to access and unleash the Group Genius that will naturally exist within that Group Consciousness. Focus: Given the above Purpose, with regard to Focus, as with any gathering of this nature, there are four distinct but interrelated Foci, namely: Holistic-Entity Focus: (Big Picture Stuff) o This starts with the view that 4YG is focused on being one MOVEMENT within:  o The Whole Global Movement To Co-Create A Better World

This is a focus on 4YG as a Whole Entity in its own right, what kind of an entity this is at the time of the gathering, and what time of Entity it would like to be. (e.g.) does it want to be:       An IDEA An IMPERATIVE A CAMPAIGN A MOVEMENT An ORGANISM An ECOSYSTEM

Group-Entity Focus (Focus on this group as a BEING) o o During this gathering what this group entity actually is at the time of the gathering After this gathering what it would like to become after the gathering in the:  Short / Medium / Long Term

For any new enterprise to work, it can¶t just float on a sea of good intentions. It has to start out as, or rapidly become, ³A Whole Thing made of Whole Things´ simply because if ³The Whole´ is full of ³Holes´ it just won¶t float. In this context a ³Hole´ is an ³Entropy Sink´ ± something that drains, reduces or pulls part of The Whole Thing, or even the whole of The Whole Thing down. Four Years Go is a very ³Wholesome Idea´, but not yet a ³Whole & Substantial Thing´ in its own right. I re-watched the one entitled Visions of a Universal Humanity today and was struck by the powerful way this lays out the exponential change which is and must occur in the next few years. The film is 75 minutes long and could serve as an awesome opening session introduce, view and dialog. Just a thought. Lyn Clarification on The Natural Way : My work with individuals, groups, organisations and communities is all based on How The Whole of Life & Nature Work in Unison with All . Basically showing how The Whole of Life and Nature holistically co-create, sustain, enliven, enrich, develop and enjoy everything that is, but then translating those very simple general principles specifically for a given group or organisation. The group or organisation then see and understand The Natural Way . They can then compare this to how they are actually doing whatever they are doing, and be in a position to make informed choices either to carry on as they are, or to consciously evolve, by doing things deliberately in unison with The Whole of Life and Nature. I am a very big fan of Appreciative Inquiry yet, I wonder if it is what we need for the campaign. The reason I question it is that AI begins by assessing what's working and then growing from there. In my opinion, we should use a process of imagining & creating the ideal future state and then assessing the gap that we have to cross to get there. As Barbara Marx Hubbard presents in her video, we need a "New Meme." That said, I'm wondering if anyone besides me has done any work with Future Search or Preferred Futuring? It's a complex, orchestrated process that brings all vested parties into the room. Thus, I'm not proposing the process but we may

be able to extract some of the activities. Here's the complete process: 1. Evaluate our history 2. Describe our current state 3. What are our core beliefs & values? 4. What events, trends and developments must we take into consideration? 5. Describe our "Preferred Future" Vision 6. Action goals 7. Plan & rehearse 8. Implement & Follow up Steps 1 & 2 are known to us already. We've talked about incorporating #3 into our agenda. I would assume that we will also take a look at #4 (this may be the perfect place for some form of AI). Once we're all grounded, we could do an exercise where we ask these questions: 1. What do we want to be sure not to repeat? 2. What do we want to let go of? 3. What do we want to be from now on? 4. How do we want to be different in the future than we have in the past? 5. What do we want to build on or hold onto as we create our future (AI) 6. What are the most important events, trends and developments to keep in mind? Using that as a warm up, we could then be led through a "visioning process" where we take ourselves out 50 or 100 years and reflect on the changes that have gone into place. From there, we'd begin the action steps for closing the gaps.

Open Space & World Café Combination + Bohemian Dialogue I can offer Open Space however with World Café I believe we can accomplish similar outcomes, although Open Space allows everyone to suggest break-out sessions. I ve combined World Café with OS which is also a possibility, which would gather the topics, areas of focus or questions from the whole group a la OS - then set up break out tables/circles on each and have everyone cycle through. . or a variation of that. My other suggestion is Bohmian Dialogue which would allow us to go deeper, be reflective and explore a topic/ make an inquiry it opens up the group synergy (brings in Spirit) and slows everything down . . could be a good change of pace and get s people into heart-space. Very simple ground rules, easy to introduce. With a group of 30 we might want to break into two groups but for a large topic the whole group sitting in circle together would also be rich. Could be nice to do one each day or a longer one at the end. For anyone not familiar with the process Wikipedia has a good description. Strategic Planning Model: Maybe we can use a simple template like the one I¶m attaching. (See diagram at end of this document)

For the past few weeks, I have been participating with Craig Hamilton's one-year Evolutionary Life Leadership Program. In today's call with Craig, I got that he, and Terry--whom I don't know and who is on the 4YG Transformation Team--can explain what I have not been able to explain. So I am pulling them in. Here is what I know for sure: We cannot find our way in 4YG without Presencing or as Craig and Terry call it, leading from the Whole as the Whole. I know that evolutionary work requires a discipline. Without this discipline, there is not the level of Presencing it takes for our mission. I would like to offer to facilitate a part of that process which would come from Joanna Macy's work. This can either be in sustained dyadic sharing or brief sharing in changing dyads. It's powerful work and will take us all into a deep space right away with each other and for the purpose of our gathering. The time required for this part of the process could be about 30-45 minutes for both parts. I would also like to let you know and offer a further piece of Joanna's work, The Truth Mandala, which would require more like an hour to fully experience--assuming there are 20-25 people. This is again an activity that brings us deeply into our feelings about the world and brings us into deep relation with each other and into an affirmation of the primary generous motivations that drive us all into healing work. I would love to talk more with anyone who is engaged with this part of the agenda to discuss further details should there be an interest.

We're planning some very simple and short videos to put on the web featuring our staff. This is to let the rest of the 4yg supporters know who's behind but also letting them in to feel part of the team and movement. For that, I thought it would be a good idea if we could record some of the moments and people that 3 day gathering. Volunteer Engagement Guide & Supportive Documentation
Here you ll find a list of helpful things to share with your volunteers before they engange on specific tasks in each team.

1. FOUR YEARS. GO. FAQ
Volunteers need to go through a personal learning process before they are going to be useful in any Team. For that, we ve put together a short FAQ with very basic information that will help them understand what the FOUR YEARS. GO. Initiative is about. This will help them: a. Understand what 4YGo is about. "Clarity". b. Develop their own personal vision about what we are trying to achieve here, instead of it feeling like a script (even though we are offering a script for volunteers engaging in calls). Understand this is a positive vision, in simple words. It is not what we are trying to escape from, but what we hope for. c. Have confidence to tell people about this vision. Backed by some personal action they themselves are taking TODAY, e.g. what I'm doing NOW. d. Approach people they know, and tell them what they are doing. NOTE: They should NOT, try to SELL 4YGo to their personal friends. Tell them only what you are doing, and if they are interested, you'll be told. e. They need to be able search for audiences of people they don't know, and spread the "vision of hope" to those people. We can do something today, this is what I'm doing; will you help me? Give people social permission to join you. f. Show people who demonstrate interest what else they can do. e.g. Join groups, sign up on the web site, become a member of a 4YGo Team.

2. Participate in an Introduction Call:
This will make volunteers feel involved, as well as let them meet other 4YG volunteers, clear any doubts left after the FAQ and visiting the website. These should be coordinated between the Team Leader and Jane Calbreath jane@zapallar.net to make sure the new volunteers participate in one. 3. Get informed about the Teams projects and members.
Before delegating specific tasks to the volunteers, make sure he knows who the people on the team are for future references. Also, it is important he/she gets a general view of what the team is working on, this will help give a sense of real involvement to the volunteer, a sense of belonging to the team and be more committed to the goal once he/she knows the impact it will have on the projects and team.

4. Have a Volunteer responsible.
There needs to be a person within the team responsible for coordinating and communicating with the volunteers, to make sure they re active and engaged. This person would: y Designate tasks on behalf of the team y y Follow-up on the volunteer Invite him to team-calls

5. The importance of public updates
The teams should consider having a volunteer be responsible for the regular monthly updates of the team s activities on the website. This is different than what is posted on the wiki, this is a reader/ blog friendly monthly summary to post on the 4YG website. This will let all the 4YG know there are people actively and regularly working in making sure the 4yg goal is met. This will also let them know what it is we re doing to get there which will: promote discussion around it and inspire more people to get involved.

WHAT IS 4YG: y FourYearsGo is a campaign born of the urgent need to catalyze and support a movement to change the human trajectory on earth to a path that is sustainable, just, fulfilling, prosperous and peaceful.

Is 4YG a campaign or an initiative? I hear it referred to both ways. y FourYearsGo, it is more an initiative or coalition of people and organizations aligned behind the goal of quickening the Great Turning. 4YG is a versatile platform or umbrella for organizations more than an organization itself. We refer to it as a conversation, meaning a democratic process in which everyone is encouraged to speak and to listen. It is an open movement that belongs to all of us.

What is different about 4YG and why should I sign on? y We are building a frame of reference for the topics we work with: sustainability, social justice, and spiritual fulfillment. But most importantly, we are not building. There is no we vs. you/ them. This movement belongs to all of us. We are initiating a conversation. We are connecting, conducting. We are confident and creative. And we believe we can be even more so together.

What is the mission of FOUR YEARS. GO.? y Our mission is to inspire and connect individuals and organizations throughout the world to discover, join and celebrate that embodiment in their own unique and authentic ways. Together, aligning forces and goals, we have a better capacity to take a giant step forward to co-create a new world in the next four years.

What are the desired outcomes of 4YG? y We want to be able to say that humanity has reached a global shift, from the dominant paradigm of infinite economic growth and exploitation to one of affirming life and living within our means. We want to synchronize and empower the efforts to achieve material improvements in the central issues of our time: sustainability, peace, prosperity and fulfillment.

What is wanted in four years? y We want to see that the trends have changed from worsening in the areas of environmental degradation, social injustice and others to an upturn; to slow the stampede and start making the course corrections that will profoundly and positively affect the future of all life on this planet, both in individual and macro levels.

How does 4YG intend to accomplish its goals? y The goals will be accomplished by inspiring individuals and organizations to join together with others across the planet in focused intention and action; by acting in their own domains with the benefit of collaboration; and by mutually enhancing creativity to think bigger and act bigger than ever before.

Why 4 years? y We decided four years to do it was a good and ambitious goal. Four years is a time frame that we can all relate to. It s long enough to do something important, and also short enough to feel urgency. But four years was not chosen at random, there is science behind this choice as well. It is also said to be the time limit we have to prevent the tipping point of global warming, beyond which humanity would lose any opportunity to influence the climate. (Who says this? Mark Lynas, in his film, Six Degrees, Eric Wolff, an Antarctic glaciologist, Peter Smith, an energy expert from the University of Nottingham and others.) What is the relationship between the Pachamama Alliance and 4YG? y FourYearsGo is a project of, and partially funded by, the Pachamama Alliance, but still, it is independent of the Pachamama Alliance and is seeking its own funding.

It seems that 4YG is mostly for organizations. What role can I play as an individual? y There are two sides to 4YG, one that involves organizations, institutions with very different backgrounds that have taken the pledge to help change the world, and then there are individuals all over the world who have been inspired by the 4YG goal and are helping inspire others and create change in their surroundings. Even though many of our tools are designed for the allied organizations, as you can see, there s a map where any individual can make their own pledge to help the 4YG cause. They can also formally join a 4YG team and get involved in the everyday tasks to make it happen (like you, a volunteer!).

What does my organization need to do to be part of 4YG? y Initially, just sign up on the website. Beyond that, we invite you to explore the meaning of 4YG to your organization. Do you have goals? What is their time frame? If you re-framed your goals in terms of four years, what would that mean for your organization? How do they help achieve the 4YG goals? How can your organization help spread the word?

How are these outcomes monitored? y What are the baseline criteria for conservation, renewal, restoration and regeneration of the primal generative powers of the biosphere? That is what we intend to discover.

Volunteers: Yes we need volunteers, many, but they need to go through a personal learning process before they are going to be useful in the Global Spread Team. a. They need to understand what 4YGo is about. "Clarity". b. They can't read a script, they need to develop their own personal vision about what we are trying to achieve here. NOT, what we are trying to escape from, what we hope for. A positive vision, in simple words. Grandma's description of what to hope for to her grandchildren. c. They need the confidence to tell people about this vision. Backed by some personal action they themselves are taking TODAY, e.g. what I'm doing NOW. d. They need to approach people they know, and tell them, what they are doing. They should NOT, try to SELL 4YGo to their personal friends. Tell they only what you are doing, and if they are interested, you'll be told. e. They need to be able search for audiences of people they don't know, and spread the "vision of hope" to those people. We can do something today, this is what I'm doing; will you help me? Give people social permission to join you. f. Show people who demonstrate interest what else they can do. e.g. Join groups, sign up on the web site, become a member of a 4YGo Team. http://www.openfuture.co.nz/4ygo/teams.html People who have a strong network in ANY, online social network, can be active in a win/win process if they have the above skills. They can build their own personal networks, approaching new people, and they can talk to people and plug them into 4YGo in appropriate places. BUT, it's skilled work. Anybody can do it, but you have to learn how.

Tasks: Something a volunteer could do, is work on the 4YGo Wiki for a few days, making sure that navigation works. e.g. Each team page links back to the main page at the bottom. Possible Futures Video Contest We are making plans to launch a video contest in the Fall, inviting people to create their own short (less than 3 minute) videos about what the world could look like in four years, what is possible. We've begun to research best practices for video contests, and are developing outreach strategies, with a key target being film schools around the world. We are pulling together a team of people to provide guidance and input on this, helping create the strategies, how we get the word out, etc. Volunteers: They currently have interns on the Possible Futures project, but would love volunteers in either: We would love to have you play in one of these arenas. NOTES FROM JOHN VEITCH: Pati, what I had in mind was not a calendar for short-term events, conference calls, meetings, etc. at a particular time. I was talking about bigger events, like 10-10-10, big conference in Brazil 2012, State of the World stuff, in order to be able to map out whatever responses, plans 4YG might have, including possible email campaigns, newsletter stuff, even sector-specific focused communications, alliances, etc. Along these lines: http://www.conferencealerts.com/sustain.htm For example, at the Global Summit in LA in November. Not sure if this is exactly worthy of our attention, but you get my drift. NOTE 2: I'm using 4YGo following John Renesch, rather than 4YG following Weiden and Kennedy. Visually I think 4YG works well, but when writing to new people I think 4YGo works better. However decisions need to be made about details like that, because otherwise marketing, and branding and message recognition gets lost in a fog of confusion.
