Description Chemrite-ET is a two component, solvent free coal tar
extended epoxy coating system. When applied on hard
substrates like concrete and steel, it provides excellent
resistance to water penetration, chemical attack, abrasion
& inspect

Uses Chemrite-ET has the following uses:
- Interior sealing of non-potable tanks and other
concrete surfaces.
- Coating of sewage treatment plants, sewerage
disposal steel or concrete pipes and manholes
- Corrosion control of marine structures, docks and
ship building areas
- Below ground protection to concrete & steel
structures

Surface Preparation Substrate should be structurally sound, clean, dry and free
from dust, oil, scum, grease, curing compounds & other
loose particles.
Concrete surface should be prepared by sandblasting, high
pressure water jetting, grinding, wire brushing or by
mechanical means.
Steel Surface should be free of rust, oil, grease and other
impurities and should preferably be cleaned by grout
blasting or by rotary wire brush

Application - Chemrite-ET is supplied in pre-weighted kit consisting
of Part A & Part B. The entire contents of Part A & B
should be mixed with power mixing tool.
- Part mixing, if necessary, should be done keeping the
ratio of Part A & B unchanged.
- Apply the epoxy mixture immediately by brush or
roller within the stipulated pot life.

Cleaning For cleaning tools & equipment, use ICPL colma cleaner

Storage One year shelf life in original, unopened packing, store in
shade at 25C

Health & Safety -Use protective hand gloves and eye goggles when
handling Chemrite-ET.
- Use soap and water to remove any fresh material that
comes in contact with skin
