1 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

2 Sec. 1. 20-A MRSA 2405, sub-9, as amended by PL 2011, c. 570, 8, is

3 repealed.

4 SUMMARY
5 This bill repeals the provision of law that requires the Maine Charter School
6 Commission to limit the number of schools approved for the public charter school
7 program.
