along with the certification that would almost guarantee me success in the
company moving forward. Also, he mentioned to stay available to move to
different states and locations to get my name out there for the reputation and it
would help me move up in positions and ranks to help other store know the
experience I have and am gaining. Never limit yourself and stay positive.

From this interview, I gained much insight on how to manage people and
help my team achieve greatness. Talking with Scott showed me where the
importance of letting your people know that they are important and what they do
matters to the overall stores and departments success. The man has much success
and experience in the company and ways to achieve greatness also through
teamwork and stock investment. Also being the great family man he is shows
where his intentions are pure and what life means to him. His values for himself
and what he is trying to do with himself and the company shows he cares more
about the people in his life than himself which is always a route of success to help
others feel their importance.
