Incoming Orders

Drink orders show up instantly to the iPad. Once a new order is in queue, the entire right side of
the screen will flash repeatedly to catch the bartenders attention. Once the screen has been
touched, the flashing will stop. The timer shows how long ago that drink was ordered. The Order
Numbers below # 10249, # 10252, # 10253 are used WITH the First Name to identify people.

Special Note: Close & Void

Please note: Once orders are closed or voided, they cannot be retrieved again. Bartenders
should only close orders at the end of the shift, or once they are 100% certain the order has
been picked up or delivered to the consumer.

Statistics Stats
The Stats section shows a breakdown of bar and table orders, as well as weekly, monthly and
annual sales totals, and the POS section shows sales totals broken down by category (see next
page). A complete .CSV list of order details can be easy emailed at any time.

Point of Sale Systems

Flowtab has a manual integration with most standard POS systems. Once Flowtab has been
installed, enter a new payment option onto your POS system. Here you can add sales totals
(distinguished by category) into your POS system simply by selecting the Flowtab payment
method. This step is not required, although many owners prefer to keep all sales information in
one directory. You can access these category totals by clicking the iPad POS navigation tab.

Tax Rates

You may set specific tax rates for each category, to be reflected on the checkout page within the
Flowtab app. These tax rates (charged on Flowtab) should coincide with the tax rates within your
POS system. Please consult your sales representative to ensure you have configured these
settings properly.

Important Considerations

This document describes the most important considerations for the set up and use of Flowtab.
Flowtab is a two-sided software, the iPad face for the client (Bar / Nightclub) and the mobile face
for consumers (Customers in the Bar).

Menu Import

Initially, our support team will assist in the process of bulk menu uploading. A spreadsheet will
be provided to the manager to update any menu items, pricing, and happy hour pricing.

Refunds

Refunds can be issued by pressing Void or Stock Void. This will completely refund the order,
and will not be included in that Shift.

Table Delivery

Each table should have an identification sticker clearly labeled for consumers and servers.

End Shift

At the end of each night you can add nightly sales totals (by category) into your POS system
simply by selecting the Flowtab payment method. See POS section on the iPad for information.

Gratuity

There are various methods to handle tips. Tips can be taken from the cash drawer and
reimbursed accordingly from Flowtab the next day. Each installation is unique so contact
Flowtab support for any questions. Select Stats to view the gratuity for the shift.
