OTHER IMPORTANT RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Cooperate with clients for hygiene related and other appropriate audits as and when required.
2. Ensure maximum use of cleaning material with due attention to the usage environment.
3. Co-ordinate with the security personnel to keep emergency escape paths free of obstructions.
4. Reporting of the personal belongings, lost items and other belongings of the client to the security or
head of the department.
5. Continuous maintenance of the high traffic area, and high footfall area like Foyers, Balcony,
Washrooms, Canteens and other Common areas as identified by the client.
6. Adherence to the housekeeping standards and regularly maintenance of the time tables of the
maintenance.

FACILITIES TO INFINITE XTENSIONS STAFF

Every Janitor and employee undergoes complete medical check up, and reports are maintained at our
office.
We conduct half yearly and annual performance appraisal of all employees.
All employees gets the required statutory benefits .
Each staff is provided with the Uniform and shoes.
All staff are paid their wages and salaries in time.
All housekeeping Janitors and Supervisors are periodically trained in their respective work and
duties. (a). Safety Management.(b) Trained for using high tech machines and equipments.(c)
Standard working conditions in case of emergencies.(d) Personal hygiene and health.(e) Periodic
refresher course and training.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The housekeeping premises for maintenance should have proper drainage flow, protective electrical
conduits.
2. All the fire escapes and drain routes should be clear without any blockages.
3. For security reason each staff of Infinite Xtensions entering the premises should be thoroughly
checked while entering and exit from the premises.
4. A first Aid Kits should be maintained as and when required.

5. Client to provide necessary space to store the equipments and chemicals free of cost within the

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

The final quote is inclusive of all statutory requirements laid down by the Government like Minimum

2. As per the service tax regulations laid down by central govt. 15% service tax is applicable
All housekeeping work will be customized and carried out under our supervision and reporting will
3. be done to the client Admin/reporting authority.
Scope for all activities like housekeeping will be designed as per Design Basics, existing premises
condition and information provided by the authorities; however there may be minor changes as per
4. actual site condition.
5. Any extra activities, services, material will be charged extra at actual or mutually agreed terms.
6. For all services, water and power should be provided by free of cost.
For all services, adequate and well equipped premises for office and storage of material will be
7. provided free of cost.
8. Scope and rates will vary as per requirements.
9. It is preferred to have written communication from either side regarding all issues.
10. Payment: Within 5 days from submission from bill.
11. Services Tax as applicable extra at actual.
12. One shift will be of 9 hours for housekeeping staff (Including Lunch Break).
13. Weekly Off is mandatory.
14. Overtime charges will be applicable.
15. Any considerable hike in price of fuel or consumable will reflect in rates accordingly.
16. Any change in Taxes, Duties and Levies made by concern Authorities will be applied accordingly.
