TDT Meeting

TMPC, GT Towers
March 20, 2017

Current Market Condition (Month of March 2017)

As of March 16 we are reflecting a positive performance despite several issues we had

with LTO. Our reservation is ahead of our target of 120% and it remained strong due to
the excise tax issue. Our present figure is slightly low compared to last month.

TMP started with the introduction of the minor change of the Wigo that will incur price
adjustment. Mostly units have issues due to tight supply. The MC Corolla is doing well
in terms of reservation but the Commuter is still low.

We experienced slowdown in the first two weeks in terms of wholesale and retail sales
due to CSR requirement prior to invoicing but began to progress on the third week.

The excise tax rate varies on a certain type of vehicle resulting to demand of high grade
models like Fortuner, Land Cruiser and Alphard. TMP are prepared to address the
demands and made their projection based on the level of reservations.

To date no apprehension was reported and only 10% of customers leave their units
within the dealer due to LTOs new ruling.

Recommended Customer Promo/ Activities for March

All promos will be extended.

Dealer Issues and Other Requests

We would like to request for 30 days duration to build up 5 units to avail of the 5%
discount with 30 days credit and TMP to provide a list of the Old Altis with dealers.

The memorandum circular 2017-2062 that states the Guidelines to be observed from
the initial registration to annotation of mortgage and other liens or encumbrances affects
dealers collection. A meeting with the banks is encouraged to address dealers request
to secure a certified true copy of the Chattel Mortgage.

Sap implementation affected dealers due to erroneous sending of VSI may we request
TMP to clarify this concern.

On debiting of parts and vehicle purchases, the assigned account should be net of 1%
expanded withholding tax. Dealers request is to debit net of tax from the account due to
delayed collection from TMP.

Dealers request that CSR be given together with the invoice to streamline and minimize
the process flow.

A consideration on the credit terms given to the parts delivered to dealers especially in
the provincial areas. It was noted that provincial dealers give advance payment with
items received after ten (10) days. Given this, we have increase delays in repair. Parts
depot is requested in the VISMIN area.

We would like to request for a comprehensive report to evaluate effectiveness of Toyota

Insure program and review approval limits for heavy repairs resulting to long queue.

We still experience difficulties in handling registration renewal because LTO failed to

upload the data to their system and we have to call their office to request for an upload.
We hope that TMP will extend assistance to immediately resolve this problem.

Thank you.
