Attention!
Observe the following notices when carrying out repair
work at hydraulic aggregates!

Alle ffnungen der Hydraulikaggregate verschlieen.

Close all ports of the hydraulic aggregates.

Alle Dichtungen erneuern.

Nur original HYDROMATIK-Ersatzteile verwenden.

Replace all seals.

Use only original HYDROMATIK spare parts.

Alle Dicht- und Gleitflchen auf Verschlei prfen.

Achtung: Nacharbeiten an Dichtflchen z.B. durch
Schleifpapier kann die Oberflche beschdigen.

Check all seal and sliding surfaces for wear.

Attention: Rework of sealing area f. ex. with abrasive
paper can dammage surface.

Hydraulikaggregate vor Inbetriebnahme mit

Hydraulikl befllen.

Fill up hydraulic aggregates with hydraulic oil

before start- up.

1 Blick auf die Triebwelle.

Drehrichtung rechts - Umbau in Drehrichtung links.
Befestigungsschrauben lsen.

With view to the drive shaft.

Direction of rotation:
Clockwise - change into counter clockwise.
Loosen fixing screw.

2 Anschluplatte abheben.
Steuerplatte ausbauen.

Remove port plate and control plate.

3 Kontrolle:
Dichtflche ohne Beschdigung.

Note:
Sealing face without damage.

4 Steuerplatte mit Fett auf Anschluplatte setzen.

Fit control plate with grease on subplate.

5 Kontrolle:
Richtig aufgesetzt.

Note:
Fitted in correct position.
Oil flow unchoked.

6 Anschluplatte mit Steuerplatte aufbauen.

Achtung!
Auf Drehrichtungspfeil achten!

Mount the subplate with control plate.

Attention!
Observe the sign for the direction of rotation!

7 Neue Drehrichtung - links -

Befestigungsschrauben mit Drehmoment anziehen.

New direction of rotation - counter clockwise -

Screw fixing screw with tightening torque.

NG/Size 23 / 32 = 60 Nm
Eine einfache Kontrolle besttigt die Richtung von Dreh- und
Frderrichtung: Der kleinere Druckanschlu wird mit dem Hand-
ballen abgedeckt, whrend die Triebwelle von Hand in die ge-
wnschte Richtung gedreht wird. Die Frderwirkung wird nun
deutlich sprbar.
Diese berprfung darf selbstverstndlich nicht in einge-
bautem Zustand mit Motor und Anlasser durchgefhrt werden
- Verletzungsgefahr!
A simple test may be carried out for the correct direction
of rotation and flow. The smaller of the two connections
is covered whilst the drive shaft is rotated in the desired
direction by hand. The pumping action of the pump will be
distinctly felt on the ball of the hand.
Obviously, this test may not be carried out with the pump
installed and driven by either the engine or the starter motor,
due the danger of injury.

8 Achtung!
Sitz von WDR im Gehuse nicht beschdigen.
WDR mit Schraubendreher ber Kreuz "aushebeln.

Attention!
Do not damage seat of WDR (Radial seal ring)
Remove crosswise WDR with screw driver.

9 Sicherungsring ausbauen.

Remove snap ring.

10 WDR ber Kreuz "aushebeln.

Achtung!
Alu- Schutzbacke schtzt vor Beschdigung

Remove crosswise WDR.

Attention!
Aluminium jaws protect against damage.

11 Dicht- und Staublippe des

Wellendichtringes einfetten.

Grease sealing and dust lip

12 Einbaulage beachten!
In zwei Montageschritten einpressen.
- Mit passender Vorrichtung (2) "WDR" vormontieren.

Take caution to the installation position.

Press in by two assembly steps.
- Preassemble radial seal ring with suitable bushing (2).

13 Seegerring einsetzen.
Mit Buchse pressen, bis Seegerring einrastet.

Insert snap ring.

Press with bushing until snap ring is engaged.

14 Einbaulage beachten.
WDR mit Vorrichtung (2)* einpressen.
* Vorrichtungen siehe Seite 18

Take caution to the installation position.

Press radial seal ring in with bushing (2)*.
* bushings see page 18

15 Richtige Einbaulage.

Correct installation position.

16 Befestigungsschrauben lsen.

Loosen fixing screws.

17 Anschluplatte mit Steuerplatte ausbauen.

Remove port plate with cover plate.

18 O-Ring ausbauen.

Remove O-ring.

1. Zylinder ausbauen.
2. Kolben ausklinken und ausbauen.
3. Federteller mit Tellerfedern!

1. Dismantle cylinder.
2. Disengage and remove piston.
3. Spring retainer with cup springs!

Schraubensicherung "Loctite".

Loosen fixing screws.

25 Lager mit Triebwelle nach innen auspressen.

Vorrichtung 1 (siehe Seite 18)

Press out the bearing with drive shaft with

pressure to the inside.
Bushing 1 (see page 18)

26 Triebwelle durch den Auenring vom

Rollenlager balancieren.

Lead the drive shaft through the external

ring of the bearing.

28 Triebwelle mit Lager ausbauen.

Remove drive shaft with bearing.

29 1. Laufbchse (Lagerring), 2. O-Ring, 3. Distanzring,

4. Kegelrollenlager abziehen.

32 Kolben und Kolbenringe.

Blank und riefenfrei.
Hinweis: "Mit den Fingerngeln sprbare Riefen
Keine Nacharbeit - Austausch komplett.

Piston / piston ring.

Polished and groove- free.
Indication:
Perceptible grooves with finger nails means
no rework, but complete interchange.

33 Kontrolle:
Zylinderbohrung - riefenfrei
Test: Zylinder und Kolbenbohrung mit dem Finger
verschlieen. Kolben bewegen - "Gerusch.

Control:
Cylinder boring groove- free.
Test :
Close cylinder and piston boring with finger.
Move the piston - "Noise.

37 Triebwelle, Vorrichtung ausbauen.

Kontrolle: Lagersitz

Dismantle drive shaft, device.

Check: bearing seat

38 Rckzugplatte - Mittelzapfen aufsetzen und

mit 3 Kolben ausrichten.

Place retaining plate and adjust with 3 pistons.

39 Befestigungsschrauben einkleben.
(Loctite - Schraubensicherung)

Stick fixing screws

(Loctite - screw safety)

40 Federteller - Tellerfedern montieren.

Auf Einbaulage achten!

Assemble spring washer - cup spring.

Take caution to installation position.

41 Kolben in Zylinder einsetzen.

Insert pistons into cylinder.

42 Mittelzapfen einsetzen.

Insert center pin.

43 Kolben in Triebwelle einrasten.

Zylinder kippen.

Engage pistons into drive shaft.

Incline cylinder.

44 Triebwelle mit Zylinder in Gehuse einsetzen.

Achtung!
Zylinderposition nicht verndern!

Fit drive shaft with cylinder into the housing.

Attention!
Do not alter the position of the cylinder.

45 Vorrichtung 2 einsetzen.
Triebwelle wird zentriert.

Insert bushing 2.
Drive shaft is centered.

46 Montageposition ndern.

Alter the mounting position.

47 O-Ring montieren.

53 Scheibe einbauen.

Fit shim.

54 Wellendichtringe einbauen.

Fit shaft seals.

Eine einfache Kontrolle besttigt die Richtung von Dreh- und
