Know all men by these presents That we George & Frances Shaw of the Town and County of Oakland
Territory of Michigan in consideration of three [hun]dred dollars to us paid by Aaron Webster of the
aforesaid County and Territory the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge do [by] these presents
give, grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said [Aaron] Webster his heirs and assigns, a certain
parcel of land, situate in [the] village of Rochester in said County bounded and described as fol[lows] viz:
Village Lot Number [blank] being on main street sixty feet front [?] one hundred and fifty feet back
in the village of Rochester County of Oakland Territory of Michigan reference being had to the survey of
[the] village of Rochester recorded in Registers Office in the County of [Oak]land aforesaid Together with
all the privileges and appurtenances to the s[aid] land in any wise appertaining and belonging. To have
and to hold the abo[ve] granted premises to the said Aaron Webster his heirs and assigns to his and their
use and behoof forever: And we the said George M & Frances Shaw for us our heirs executors and
administrators do covenant with the said Aaron Webster his heirs and assigns from all incumbrances that
we have good right to sell and convey the same to the said Aaron Webster as aforesaid; and that we will,
and our heirs, executors and administrators shall Warrant and Defend the same to the said Aaron
Webster his heirs and assigns forever against the lawful demands of all persons.

In testimony whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this sixteenth day of April in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty three

County of Oakland ss. I hereby certify that the within named G. M. Shaw personally came before me
and acknowledged that he signed and sealed the within [d]eed for all the purposes therein set forth. Also
Frances Shaw wife of the sd G. M. [w]ho acknowledged that she signed and sealed the within deed with a
knowledge of its contents and without fear or compulsion of her sd husband she having been
[in]terrogated apart from her husband given under my hand this 25th of April 1833
