On May 21, 2017, at approximately 3:50am, Suspect Aldo Saucedo committed the offense of Murder, © violation of the Texas Penal Code (19.02) F/1, against Complainant Natalie Tavres at 9125 E. RL ‘Thornton Freeway, Dallas, Dallas County, Texas. (On May 21, 2017, complainant Natalie Tavares and suspect Aldo Saucedo were at the Tiget Cabaret at 9125 E. RL Thomton, when suspect Saucedo was involved in a physical altercation inside the lub with an tunknown Latin male. ‘The physical altereation was stopped by several security personnel employed by Tiger Cabaret. After the physical altercation inside, suspect Saucedo went tothe parking lot and retrieved his personal vehicle. Suspect Saucedo pulled his vehicle in front of Tiger Cabaret, and waited for complainant Tavares, Complainant Tavares was standing on the driver's side ofthe vehicle talking with suspect Saucedo. An unknown Latin male approached the vehiele and struck suspect Saucedo with closed fist Suspect Saucedo displayed a weapon and began discharging his weapon at the unknown Latin male who hit him. While discharging his weapon complainant Tavares was struck multiple times, she was transported to Baylor Hospital and died as a result of her injuries, Suspect Saucedo exited his vehicle, and continued to discharge his weapon. While discharging his weapon a round struck he sustained non-life threatening injuries, and was transported to Baylor Hospital. Suspect Saucedo rar aficr the unknown Latin male continuing to discharge his weapon at him. I is unknown at this time if the unknown Latin male was struck Suspect Saucedo was transported to Dallas Police Headquarters, and interviewed by Detective E. Parker #7866. Detective Parker read suspect Saucedo his Miranda Warnings and he waived his rights, and agreed to speak with Detective Parker.
