II. PURPOSE OF THE COOPERATIVE:

1. General Purpose:

a. To provide members equal opportunities to serve and be served efficiently


and effectively;
b. To strengthen the spirit of cooperation and unity through continuous
patronage and assumption of responsibility by every member in both
business and non-business affairs of the cooperative;
c. To distribute the benefits on the basis of contribution, participation, and
patronage; and
d. To undertake other activities for the effective and efficient
implementation of the provision of the Cooperative Code.
e. To undertake the production, distribution and sale of scout uniforms,
neckerchief and other scouts paraphernalia.

III. ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL ASPECTS OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS:

area that offer the same goods/services offered by your proposed

b. How many employees and where will the cooperative get the personnel
required to administer business operation of the cooperative?

The cooperative will hire 1 full time manager to oversee the operations of
the cooperative and 2 clerks.

of the cooperative.
