Trainee Commercial Advisor, £20,000 to £25,000, Burnley
Working for a large engineering company in the Burnley region, our client is seeking to hire a Trainee
Commercial Advisor to full-fill the following role;

Purpose of position;
 Commercially manage multiple projects from receipt of award until final account stage and in
conjunction with Project Delivery Manager assume responsibility for delivery of expected GM%
rate.

Contributory pension scheme where the employer pays in up to 7% of salary (with 4% contribution by the employee). construction is preferred.  Build positive relationships with customers to improve opportunities of repeat business and additional scopes.  Prepare & populate revenue. including applications & invoices. Ramsbottom. . Accrington. and commutable from.  Weekly forecasting of financials. reserves to the project cost account on a monthly basis. Bury. Contracts experience Forecasting experience Administration background 23 days holiday entitlement with additional bank holidays. Previous experience of managing a multimillion dollar P&L.  Prepare & present project profitability to Senior Management Team on a monthly basis. Burnley.  Proactively chasing trade debt & resolving any disputes with invoices in a timely manner. Nelson. This role is permanent.  Raise and submit variation orders for client agreement in accordance with the contract.  Review weekly site reports.  Read & interpret contracts. updating forecast in preparation for reporting. ensuring maximum potential is reached. Work Experience Required: Background in commercial is essential. Blackburn.  Support the maintenance of receivables accounts. Rochdale.  Support disputed accounts.  Highlight any variances or overspend from the bid and work with Project Manager to take decisive action to reduce overspend through gains elsewhere on Project. Cost & Cash flow. including Revenue. sales accruals.  Review commercial documents. handling negotiations to resolve payment in line with terms.
