Rules to be followed to use this table:
1)

This product is basically a Pivot level trading technique which was many years back used mostly
in Forex markets in Western countries, especially in Europe and USA. It’s still popular there, as
currencies are the mo st heavily traded instruments in the world.
2) If a stock price remains below its Pivot level for more than 15min then consider it weak and short
selling can be initiated,
And if a stock price remains above it pivot level for more than 15min then consider it strong and
buying can be initiated in it.
3) If a stock price falls below its S1 level then short selling should be done for target as S2 level, and
if a stock price moves above its R1 level then buying should be done for target R2 level.
4) Stop loss for all trades will be 1% of the price of the stock in which trading is initiated. Stop loss
columns have also been
published for the convenience of the trader in the table, so one doesn’t need to calculate and can
trade instantly.
5) Stop loss column in Red color is for short selling, and stop loss columns in green color is for
buying/going long in the
particular stock.
6) Stocks whose Rows are in Bold and their name is also in Bold are the stocks which are most
possible to follow the rules given in here from 1 to 5.
7) Here is a small example, If Reliance falls below its Pivot level and remains below it for 15min
then one should look for the S1 level to be broken, if S1 is 2300 and Reliance falls to 2299 then short
selling can done for the next target as S2 which could be 2250 as given in the table, stop loss will be
mentioned in the table as well, Vice Versa for Long trades.
8) In the end please remember that this table is for day tr ading and if the trader is making profit
of at least 1% then one should book the profits immediately as markets tend to be very volatile and
a 1% profit in intraday is enough, please don’t wait for the targets to be achieved.
