 Measure to undertaken by the employees
The staff will be having a work sheet to note their daily works and have to be submitted on
weekly ( Saturday ) to the project manager.
The staff on site must inform the project manager about your attendance at 9:30 am and at
5:30 pm strictly.
Daily work will be noticed by project manager every evening in the whatsapp group.
There will be a staff meeting on Saturday for half an hour about the weekly analyses and to
plan the works for next week.
The responsibilities of the each staff want be done clearly during the work time itself.
