a. Consideration and approval to appoint Don Koller, of Spring Green, Wisconsin, onto the Board
of Directors as a Director of the Corporation.
b. Consideration and approval to accept President McVay’s donation of fruit trees.
c. Consideration and approval to hold a seminar on organic vegetable production with Dr. Erin
Silva, Assistant Professor of the UW-Madison Department of Plant Pathology and UW-Extension
Organic and Sustainable Cropping Systems Specialist, on Friday, May 12, 2017, starting at 6:00
p.m. in the RVHS “Little Theater.”
d. Discussion and possible action on the date for the 2017 open house.
