Unable to reach user after 3 contact attempts

Dear Shamkant Jadhav,

We are contacting you in regards to ticket INC0073650 that you have open with the
IT Service Desk. The IT Service Desk needs additional information or details from
you in order to be able to provide you support.

We have attempted to reach you via telephone and e-mail twice already and, without
your input, we will not be able to process your ticket which will therefore be put
in �Resolved� state.

According to our Service Level Agreement and standard procedure, the ticket will
remain in this state for 5 days waiting for the requested information or for your
input or confirmation that we can close this case. Without action from you, the
ticket will be automatically closed after those 5 days.
