List of documents to be provided to avail complimentary scheme.

1. Buyer’s Nomination form duly filled by buyer.
2. Copy of Passport
3. Self-Declaration to the effect that dealing in apparel and apparel accessories.
4. Turnover document duly signed by CA/CPA or self-attested on company’s letter head by
self certification on company’s letterhead by the Account’s department of that company.
5. The buyer should be give documentary proof that he is associated with the
company/Chain Store through which he/she has filed his nomination form.
6. The buyer who is availing Complementary Scheme shall submit a feedback form, Form-1 &
Form-2 duly filled and signed by him/her to AEPC/IGFA at reimbursement counter at the
fair venue.
