The fuzzy set theory has been applied in many fields such as management, engineering, theory of matrices and so on. In this paper, some elementary operations on proposed triangular fuzzy numbers (TFNs) are defined. We also have been defined some operations on triangular fuzzy matrices(TFMs). We introduced the new matrix and the notion of JAM fuzzy matrices are introduced and discussed. Some of their relevant properties have also been verified.
